Basically it can be read as "Whenever you summon a minion this turn, give it..."
Note that minion with Encourage comes into play with their Encourage they provide. For e.g: Aurelia, the Warleader is a 5 mana - 4/3 Divine Shield itself.
Anyone remember the "First Strike"-ability from Magic the Gathering? This works in a similar fashion - except that this only works while attacking. So if you have a 1-Health Slayer minion, it can still be traded off by small creatures as long as they attack into it.
Looks like you stumped everyone with Curious haha Guess I'll give it a go...
Curious (X): Look at the top X cards of your deck and mulligan.
So I really wanted to an effect similar to MTG's Scry, which lets you look at your next few cards and order them how you like or place them at the bottom of your deck. I figured using the already existing 'mulligan' phase would be the quickest way to get the effect I was going for. A minion or spell with Curious acts like a miniature mulligan. You get to look at the next few cards in your deck, so you have an idea of what you'll be drawing the next couple turns. In addition you can choose cards that won't help you and they get put back into your deck randomly just like the mulligan phase, hopefully helping you get to the cards you need faster.
Card Examples:
Sorry for text only, will try to add proper cards when I have time after work.
Curious Engineer 3 cost 2/2 neutral common minion Battlecry: Curious 1, then draw a card.
A riff on the Novice Engineer, this lets you see the card you'd draw and you can choose to mulligan it away if it's not going to help you.
Desperate Studies 4 mana epic Mage spell Curious 3, then draw a card.
Similar to Arcane Intellect, you can essentially pick which of the 3 to draw while potentially planning your next turn as well.
Mindtwister Zaret Priest Legendary, 6 mana 4/4 Curious 4 on your opponent's deck.
That's right you get to mess with your opponent's next 4 draws. Oh hey Tirion I see you lurking a turn away, how about you go back into the deck a bit. Oh hey hunter, nice one drops enjoy those for the next couple turns. (Yeah Bliz would probably never print this...)
Next Keyword: Brazen
Brazen definition: To be bold without shame.
It also apparently means to be made of brass, so if you decide to go in that direction that'd probably be interesting too.
Brazen: Cards with this keyword are revealed while in your hand. In the UI, your opponent will see that card face-up in your hand and can hover over your hand, like to see how many cards you're holding, to see the full card.
the idea being that you collect value in your hand the longer you keep it.
Maul is an example of a simple control card with Collect (actually it should probably start at 8 mana, not 7), while Ghostly Blade is an example of how this could provide versatility - iit could be a 5 mana 5/2, 4 mana 4/2, 3 mana 3/2, etc.! but better use it before it becomes 0 mana ;)
Two examples, remember that it summons a 1/1 copy with the same text. So if your opponents leaves your both Spirit Ulas on board then when you atack on your next turn you'll have 4 :)
It acts like a pseudo-Taunt. If your opponent has no Magnetic minions, then it's useless, hence the cards that give things Magnetic. But if they do, they're restricted to attacking your Magnetic guys, though it works both ways, making this a control-oriented mechanic. Also, Magnetic supersedes Taunt; a Magnetic minion must attack other Magnetic minions before Taunt minions.
Gate would be a new type of spell similar to Quests. Like those, Gates would enter the Secret zone when played and would require the player to do something special in order to activate their effects. However, there would be some differences:
1- Unlike with Quests, once you complete (or Open) a Gate, its effect comes into play inmediately and the Gate doesn't leave the secret zone. Instead, it changes its color (or something like that) to indicate that it is Open.
2- If a Gate is Open, its effect will trigger at the end of the controlling player's turn, under the keyword Gate.
3- Your opponent can Close your opponent's Gate by doing something.
I think it's a pretty fun and interactive mechanic, but it's hard to balance as heck, as you can see in the following examples:
So, if you play a 5+ cost minion while this is in play, you will get 5/6 at the end of your turn until your oponent plays a 3- minion.
As the only thing your opponent has to do to Close your Gate is ending their turn, you will have to cast at least one spell per turn to get the effect of this Gate.

I think making the Blade a base 1/2 with the same effect would make it a lot better. But then it would be an epic instead of a rare.
I think making the Blade a base 1/2 with the same effect would make it a lot better. But then it would be an epic instead of a rare.
that's an really bad idea, because it would math the fiery war axe and arcanite reaper without any downside. The flexibilty shuld be paid with a little less attack points. By the way, i really like the design of the this collect effect with the weapon, but didn't get the idea behind maul?
In the end, the flexibility it provides isn't all that great, as you don't control which turn your obtain it on. I like the idea of the card and the mechanic, but I don't see anybody picking it over fiery war axe or Arcanite reaper, unless it had the base 1 point dmg.

Shadow: minions with this keyword cant be seen by the opponent, instead they see a "shadow". Shadows will banish and reveal the minion after being attacked or hit by a spell, damage dealt to the shadow when revealed is dealt to the real minion too. Minions cant attack while in shadow form but their abilities and effects act as normal. When there are several shadows on one side of the board and one of their abilities (combo/deathrattle/etc) gets triggered the opponent can't see which one was from.
A minion with the disloyal keyword will swap sides every turn, so they're great for disrupting or messing with your opponent in a way that's a lot harder to deal with, but beware, as the minion will still come back to you, so you better be ready to deal with their effects!
