People who play Hearthstone know Jaraxxus, but they might not know Archimonde. Even I only know Archimonde from reading wowwiki a bunch.
The card doesn't seem amazing. Right now Warlocks rarely actually discard cards, seeing as Doomguard is usually pulled via Voidcaller. Soulfire and Succubus don't see play either (MalyLock is dying now, let's face it). 4 damage to a random enemy is an objectively worse Flamecannon, too, and this won't be used in Zoo because its other removal is so much better.
At least they could have used Jaraxxus artwork instead...
Anyway, I think the effect isn't strong enough, sadly. It would have been cool if they removed the flexibility and added a lot more damage, considering that activating the effect is tricky and might even force a mediocre play elsewhere.

Just keep playing Handlock and Zoo, those decks are eternal.
I'm kinda disappointed in the Priest cards, tbh. They aren't bad, but they have just been kind of boring so far.
Only bad cards to Warlock on TGT? Pls Man Wilfred got potential,that new demon 4/3 too,and this one u can discart in Soulfire i dont see that many problems in Blizz creations,they are trying some new mechanics withaddition of the old ones.

Flamecannon for warlocks but the damage is a lot less significant by the time you can afford it. The combo potential is scary though.

Could have and probably should have been named Finger of Death, since it's Archimonde on the art and not Jaraxxus. Oh well.
