Can confirm, was shown on Korean Blizzard's stream, I saw the reveal.
and yes, it is a neutral card that summons silver hand recruits. So it's made neutral so other classes maybe have a chance at getting an inspire ability just to get some tokens, while Paladins get even more from it due to quartermaster synergy- or of least I assume that's the reasoning behind it.
Grim Patron Blizzard releasing a neutral card with the intention its only going to be played by one class? I have never Heard of such a thing Grim Patron
With the little Korean knowledge I have, and the help of a translation dictionary, it's definitely 'silver hand' something, and I find it hard to believe it would not be silver hand recruit.

I can't stop laughing. Just the idea of someone posting a 'leaked' hearthstone card for the new expansion, with a very suspicious draw engine for Warlock, and somewhere, someone's reaction is just 'DAMN LOOK AT THOSE TITTIES'.
A neutral card with "when you hero power, you also Paladin hero power" is lazy as fuck and peeves me off. Even if it's only ever used in Paladin, why would you do this. Hopefully it's to make room for class cards we'll actually use.

Why share Hero powers across classes? Why???
Well its not like any of the other classes have synergy with the darn things so I don't think it matters. Just another type of 1/1 that can be shat out. The only synergy is still for Paladin.

Aside from the OCD aspect it seems like a good idea to me. It gives all classes a token generator, but gives Paladins extra synergy.

Inspire: Summon a 1/1 Silver Hand Recruit.
*I posted on HearthStone subreddit(https://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/3eb7wp/new_common_card_is_up_on_kr_stream/)
Neutral, that summons paladin hero power tokens, seems legit.

Grim Patron
Grim Patron
Grim Patron
The card might be credible, but translation i dont think so. It can spawn 1/1s, but they will not be Silver Hand Recruits.

Hmmm meh
Paladin Hero Power is so bad that they made it into a neutral card lol
Token Druid might use it
Doubt it, shade or impmaster still better choise for 3 drop.

yes they are true, they were released last night. The new expansion. You can play with them later.
Hit a guy, heal a guy, draw a guy, play a guy. The Dream

This card was also revealed with the one OP posted
"You can use your Hero Powers twice in one turn."
Probably viable in a Mage Inspire deck, at the very least.

The world is a wonderful place.

Well Imp Master spawns Imps, which were kinda warlock specific, so OK. I don't think it's a great card though.

She has great attributes Kappa
They should've made it Inspire: pay 2 life, draw a card. Hahaha.

Why am I sticky?
