A 4/4 Beast is about as average as you can get, so in worst case scenario it's plain jane value. Won't be good enough to make Constructed decks. But in Arena will be much better, a little above average because of increased top decking scenario.
This card wouldn't be as broken if it lost the buff when there is a card in your hand, but as a battlecry this is simply insane. Piloted Shredder has met its match in face hunter.

Worst thing that can happen? Instead of dropping BGH turn 3 now you keep it in hand for this. It's not like we're gonna have to add some specific tech we're not already running.
BGH is almost completely irrelevant here because any player worth his salt wouldn't keep BGH in his opening hand against a Hunter, even with this card being a potential threat. So the chances of an opponent having a BGH to respond to this are exceptionally low, especially since this is turn 4, not turn 7+.
The real issue with this card is that it's difficult to actually drain your entire hand by turn 4 even as a Face Hunter without playing a totally crazy, balls-to-the-wall deck that insta-loses to common answers like Fan of Knives.
It's not a good card and definitely the wrong direction to go. It's bad because even face Hunter is always holding a card or two, to activate Kill Command, silence a taunt, waiting for a good UTH and so on. Both face and midrange Hunter plays very differently from Zoo because Hunter's hero power is very different from Warlock's. As a face/midrange Huner, if you have no hand and your opponent is not in 1-2 turn hero power range, you already lost the game. A BHG-able 7/7 body is not going to change that. Empty your hand by turn 4? Without Owl, Kill Command, UTH, face Hunter won't be a thing.
I can't see a good way for the Hunters to set up for this minion. Even in Face Hunter you don't want an empty hand because you need to hold Kill Command, Ironbeak Owl, and Unleash the Hounds for specific situations, so it seems unlikely for this thing to get buffed. Even if you run a card drawing minion like Cult Master, you would still need to hold that too for the right time. If this were a Warlock card, it would be pretty decent in Zoo since you want to empty your hand ASAP anyway due to Doomguard, and you have Lifetap too, but this minion seems strange as a Hunter card.
Cool card, good in top decking games. Won't be played on turn 4. If you go first and want to play this on turn 4, you'll have to get rid of 7 cards in 3 turns, then top deck this card.
As it was pointed out already too, its an easy BGH target, so you may end up throwing cards away needlesly to get this out, only to have your opponent remove it.
Even in face hunter weapons,an owl or skillcommand sit in your hand for a while at times making this card seem kind of bad in that deck too because midrange/control cant afford to be empty handed either. I guess maybe some deck where you dump everything that comes up right away and this card could work but then i don't know how well the deck would work in general.
Seems decent for arena, but i don't think it'll see play in constructed. In midrange hunter, it gets outclassed by Piloted Shredder. It's even worse in rush hunter. Usually it's battlecry won't come into effect, and even when it does, it doesn't immediately affect the board. Rush hunter needs things that guarantee damage.
This is only a buff to Webspinner rather than a playable Hunter-Card. Since it is only a Battlecry it is a minion unuseable at 4 mana, and later there are far better minions than this: Savannah Highmane is always better than this.
Also Hunter already have a good 4 drop that is useable: Houndmaster is far far superior than this card, the same counts for Piloted Shredder. Heck there are even 2 new 4 drops, and Hungry Dragon is also far superior to this.
This only counted for constructed; in arena this card really can be very very good.
I legitimately believe Blizzard is MAD trolling the "face hunter" class with this card.
Blizzard: "They want face?! We'll give them ALL the face! Here! A 4 mana 7/7! That should impress them, eh?" "And, OF COURSE we support the face hunter playstyle! Here you go! To all the doubters!!"
Blizzard: (whispering while snickering: "Now we don't have to make a legit good card for hunters this expansion. This will limit the insane damage output power creep that hunters are flaunting.")
It'll just get screwed by hard removal, since it probably is the only clear target for it in a face/aggro deck. At 4 mana with no immediate effect, it probably is too slow for the decks that would more likely have an empty hand early.

Again, worst case scenario.
My comments refer mostly to the wild format.
You could dump you hand and bluff the other side into holding a kill card. A turn 4 7/7 would be rough for most decks.

Meta changes the moment you switch your deck.

Y'know, this card is AMAZING. I love it. But... Where is the control hunter encouragement? *sigh*, oh well, maybe the next one.
And the award for the most rage caused in the arena goes to...
If you can't beat them, join them
Zoo Hunter. Flood the board, hit face, opponent cries if they dont have answers.

They tried to heal the burn, they give it more fire. No Blizzard just why !

I think this card will never be played. The only class that have almost no hand is Zoolock.
Hunter usually has 3 to 4 cards all the time, since they are saving the Skill Command burst or Iron Bleak Owl.
I love the fact that I now have a good target for my BGH even against face hunters. I have 2 polymorphs also, so I'm set for the second one.
I anyway need to run one BGH for the forseeable future, what with all the Dr. Boom love.

I'm going to reserve judgement. I think it's going to be a decent controlish hunter sort of thing...
Yeah they still suffer from lack of card draw, but this gives them a way of staying in the game when they've run out of cards in hand....maybe.
