Well I guess Dust Devil is even more trash tier now. Seems like a good card, nice early pressure, could make for a good finisher with Bloodlust. Should be interesting to see all the new cards and how it the synergy with other mechs.
The stat distribution is perfect with the windfury. Combos with cards such as Flametongue Totem and Rockbiter Weapon. Truly, for shaman this is easily the best 2 drop in the game. Grats Shaman on a great early game minion.
Seems good if it manages to live, this minion will definitely be an easy Smite, Frost Bolt, etc target.
Doesn't seem like it would be able to kill two cards (unless it's like double Cleric, which would be super fun), however, I'm pretty sure this card would be a staple in most constructed decks and a decent 2 drop pick in Arena.
so i know blizzard like shor games but coin one of these with another on turn 2.... ( so far turn 2 oponent at 24) after the op totem and a rockbitter ( 26 damage ... oponent dead!!!)..... this looks diifficult... but so far with all the openings i saw undertaker +webspinner this is not much rarer. 2 health means that they need a minion to deal with it!!! or spot removal!
The "not gonna happen but I can pray it will" play for this card has to be, Turn 1 coin Zap-o-Matic, turn 2 double Rockbitter for 18 damage on turn 2. Ouch.

Whirling Zap-o-matic is possibly very friendly with Annoy-o-Tron. I'm really looking forward to being able to play Shaman without the stupid sticky deathrattle creatures.
Turn one, coin and this card. If the person has no turn 2 answer there's a very good chance that you'll loose a third of your life on turn two. Drop a Flametongue or Rockbiter for insane early burst. God combo that has an absurdly low chance to draw into and needs no response from the other player:

This is a really good value card. It's a better thrallmar farseer. I think it can be used in a buff deck with some success.

T1: Coin+Whirling Zap-O-Matic
T2: Flametongue Totem, Swing for 10
T3: Rockbiter+Rockbiter, Swing for 22.
