The keyword "Spell"is not mentionned on the card... is it really a spell? I mean can it be counterspelled or enhanced by battlecry minions such as been casted twice ( no point here of course but other supposedly "legendary spells" could take avantage of that)....
Fireball doesn't have the word spell on the card. Is it not a spell?
Whether or nor something is a spell is indicated by the shape of the portrait and banner.

Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
So the problem is you can't just rely on drawing specific cards with this Spell because you either draw some but the most important aspect is that you can Burn a lot of cards (bad for combo decks) this way.
I can see this card being playable in Kingsbane Rogue for when they just need to burn deck and go infinite with Valeera Kingsbane Deathrattle.
Now the things really change when we have mixed some Giants in there (Mountain Giant looks like a good card), only if we had that Timebound Giant that costs less per card drawn (nice memes with legit coin prep Myra and 2 8/8 s turn 1) but i doubt that card would be printed in the actual game.
Faldorei Strider + Elven Minstrel work well but i can't really see this card played in other than Kingsbane Rogue, there are some cool stuffs with Togwaggle though which actually can be intriguing i mean Togwaggle + prep + Myra is like playing Azari (if they ransom) or forcing opponent to play with your Deck which can be great but at the same time your deck also has to be good to last till turn 10 (so it might only be a meme at this point).
I am hoping for that Timebound Giant or something different, also the Spell does work well with Arcane Tyrant when it is not played for 2 Mana, it is too soon to judge it without knowing if there will be more cards to support it (effects when you draw cards or something).
Situational card for this time(we didnt see any other cards so we cant say its useless). For me most of the time you will keep her on hand... If you want to use it in combo rogue or something similiar you need to empty your hand first and as you do it, you have to believe in RNG that you will draw exact cards you need to kill opponent. Cant say anything more till they reveal other rogue cards

I don't think combo decks will use this card, but it is a godsend for agressive decks, 5 manas (or 2 with Prep) draw 10 cards is Aluneth for rogues.
Kingsbane, then play this, hope you draw into weapon buffs
then keep going face

this should work in an agressive kingsbane deck, this way not only u can dish out enough damage but keep ur kingsbane buffed for late game punishment, use Toggwagle play myra to burn their deck and dont let ur kingsbane go in the deck, maybe keep a shiny finder in hand.
if more cards are decent enough for rogue this might work, oh and with enough card draw u can play Mountain giant pretty cheap. im waiting for a giant that cost 25 or even 30 which will be reduced for each card drawn
You get 9 cards on hand, 16/16 worth of stats on board on the next turn.
I know if you play Fal'dorei Strider before Myra's Unstable Element you may burn spider token but if you manage to play after, it is a huge tempo swing at the same time with insane card draw for your final push. Even then it may worth the risk of burning spider, just 1 or 2 out are enough value (8/8 or 12/12 instantly for 9 mana with tons of card draw? I take it).
the question is why isn't anyone talking about this being comboed with Kingsbane?
Oh thank god I was scared for a moment there

That wouldn't work though, because he would just keep the King's Ransom and feed off your deck.

In the animation showing Myra's Unstable Element being used, it showed the hand filling up, and then the rest of the deck flying out of the deck holder. The big question here relates to your comment - do Faldorei Strider's tokens trigger when Myra's Unstable Element is used? They should, as the card clearly states draw the rest of your deck, and I'm pretty sure that burning still counts as drawing. Do they trigger at all if you have a full hand?
The best way to actually do something well is have no idea what you're doing. Then what you're doing will become what you have no idea you're doing, at which point since you're doing what you're doing without knowing what you're doing you're doing what you're doing without knowing you're doing it.
This one is sooo hard to judge. The effect is crazy. Crazy enough that to sleep on it and dismiss it would be foolish. But it's also dangerous enough to the caster to keep it from being super broken. I like it all and all. Will it see use? It certainly will, the question will be is will it be in meme decks or competitive play. I dunno?
Can rogue stop getting the super memey and niche cards for a couple of expansions please?
Don't get me wrong I love memes (10 out of 18 of my current decks are OTKs with another 3-4 decks non-OTK combo decks), but when you see cards like this or the self-rezzing plant we got a couple expansions ago and see warlocks get things like Godfrey (which can be used in almost any lock deck) it gets a little silly that rogue is pushed into the world of memes instead of given as many working legendaries.
My honest thoughts about how this card will be used (in wild or standard) is that it will create a meme Azalina Togwaggle combo deck to mill yourself and then switch decks, and a means in some miracle decks to burn the rest of your deck when pushing lethal but do not yet have your eviscerates and/or cold bloods (hoping you don't burn them when casting this card). I see no other application for this card atm, meme or otherwise.
Eh, I personally don't think so. People thought the same thing about Azalina (and that card put a body on the board without forcing you to win in the next couple of turns due to burning your whole deck).
If you used this in an aggressive deck and your opponent had some sort of way to stabilize that they saved in their hand you often will lose because you're restricted to what is in your hand and won't be drawing any more resources, or you may have burned some of your more important resources such as Leeroy and Eviscerate.
Play one (or more) The Darkness
Then play King Togwaggle -> Preparation ->Myra's Unstable Element, drawing all the candles ...
1) Drawing candles only work if enemy player draws?
2) Burning candles will not trigger them.
The goal of all life is death.

Please Blizzard, just release a weapon 1 mana 1/2 "You can have any number of cards in your hand".

EEEEeem nope - warrior is one of the best fatigue class with rogue and warlock.
Now we just need the new Rogue Legendary minion to say: "Play all cards that were milled this game."
This is perfect on turn 2 with prep - easy win for the opponent.

Imagine turn 9 as Rogue and you are out of card in hand, enemy is low on health but Myra's Unstable Element and Fal'dorei Strider.
Myra's Unstable Element thenFal'dorei Strider

Could be a thing if well used with Fal'dorei Strider.
Upcoming card reveal:
5 mana spell (or possible mech with a battlecry): the next spell you cast also cast for your opponent.
Epic return of mill rogue lol!
