To me, Prince Taldaram seems the most interesting and unique of the princes, so I was wondering if you’ve found any use for him.
My initial thoughts were to use him in Control Pally to copy lightlord, tirion, etc., but any other suggestions would be appreciated and hopefully would lead to a fruitful discussion.
I use him in ramp Druid. Plenty of good targets for him. Lich King, Cobalt, Ysera, Arfas.
Works in Druid because there aren't essential 3-drops. Feral rage is the only one I wish I could run. Of course, in addition to particular 3-drops, you are also messing up your curve. Not sure it's worth it, but it's fun.
With Paladin, you lose Aldor Peacekeeper, which is huge.
I’ve messed with Taldaram in Druid in Wild. If you play him in a Malygos deck you are only missing out on Feral Rage and Mulch. Once you draw a few damage spells, Malygos and the Prince, you reduce your hand with Emperor Thaurissan. Then you can OTK your opponent pretty easily. For example, Malygos, Taldaram, Living Roots and 2x Moonfire is 34 damage from hand.
