Might see play in a Thief Rogue style deck. I reached rank 5 in wild with a Thief Rogue with Burgle and an Elise this season. Might be a good addition to it...
Alot of people hating on this card because it ruins auctioneer plays. Blizzard stated that auctioneer is one of the top cards they are considering to add to the "hall of fame" and I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Not sure if they are planning on doing that when the expansion hits, or the next rotation cycle, but if it does, I think this card might make a really good replacement or create new decks for rogue.

It does nothing auctioneer did....it does not cycle cards it swaps them out. Auctioneer is good because it allows you to go through the deck you constructed using the cards you put in. This card turns your spells into gambles...if you could afford to gamble with your spell cards then your deck is already at a disadvantage.
If it had a bonus like "spells cost zero" or "spells cost one less" or "replace your rogue cards with spells that cost 1 more from your opponents class" then it MIGHT have something.
I actually play mircale rogue 99 percent of the time and i can tell you i wish i had this card so many late games. sometimes u just get dead spells late game and even having a chance to pull something else is great! im getting her golden
Most of the new cards they are printing for rogue with the burgle theme are absolutely fun to play! However, it's not like the threatening RNG from mage, but more of a "meme" deck! While everyone in the hearthstone community understands how badly something else needs to take auctioneers spot in a competitive rogue deck, they aren't giving rogues any other tools to play different archetype decks except miracle(in standard atleast). Hopefully the devs realized this, and put some great ideas into the rest of the class cards, especially the hero card!
Off topic, but wouldn't you guys agree that Professor Putricide would have been an appropriate rogue legendary? Instead of traps, you just give your weapon a random buff, maybe bonus attack or durability, or lifesteal.
hmmmmmmm. Could definitely turn those coins into something good
I have read that many times though I don't get it. Coin is one of the best things for combo cards, right? I mean, sure - in a hand with 2 cards stuck and one is Conterfeit Coin and the other one Prep you can play that Legendary.
Speaking of, you may got stuck with those cards because you didn't draw well which is a weird argument for a single Legendary in a deck.
Love all the comments I am seeing recently about how this card somehow signifies that they are rotating auctioneer in 8 months. Like what? If auctioneer rotates, rogue doesn't play a deck loaded with spells anymore. In fact, I don't think anyone plays rogue anymore and miracle players leave the game. There is no reason to kill auctioneer. He isn't broken, easy to remove and miracle is generally a very fair deck at the moment. It could happen sure. But this card isn't even close to being a replacement.
If blizzard wants to kill auctioneer, they need to revert the blade flurry nerf and give us oil rogue back because nothing else has been remotely as competitive as miracle besides that.
Also, I love the fact that people think this is good with razorpetal volley. You do realize that you are just playing a two card burgle right?
I like it, a lot actually. It is a solid minion with a fun-type effect. Works really well with Ethereal Peddler which is also more of a fun card with really good stats. They could easily have made this a 4/4 or 3/5 and it could never see play. Now it could from its stats alone.
Fits well in any Burgle deck, or any deck where you generate spells that could potentially become useless in some scenarios. Flower rogue seems like a good pick. This gives you a chance to re-roll burgles and cards that fit specific situations that you currently do not want. I'm not thinking it's an auto include in any deck, but it's a fun thing to experiment with that doesn't punish you a lot if it doesn't find use due to Yeti stats.

How does this fit into a burgle deck exactly?
Burgle itself isnt in standard and the only cards with similar effects are hallucination, Shaku, and swashbuckler
Now here is the kicker....these cards dont draw you spells...they simply draw you cards which means they can and often draw you minions. And when they do guess how useful Voss becomes? Worse than she already is.
Aaaargh they didnt ruin Lilian Vess.... now im realy pissed, shes one of my favourite Wow Characters next to Sylvanas and they turn her into clown fiesta random card...
This has some value in a controlish rogue deck, since you can turn your preps/coins into something more usefull, since in control matchup theyr most times dead on hand.
Problem is obvious that control rogue cant work, since lack of heal, aoe and finishing card...if we see all three again might be a thing.
I'm surprised people have not learnt their lesson with Rogue legendaries. As a general rule I would advise assuming they are better than you think and then try to figure out why.
In this case it should be fairly obvious.
You play this in Miracle Rogue as a chance to reroll a hand of dead spells to keep you in the game.
Those spells would be better paired with an Auctioneer but you only have two of those and not drawing them in time can be fatal. This is a third chance to draw a possible redemption, you drop this and your petals and coins have a chance to become something worthwhile and you sacrifice no tempo on the stat line when doing so.
So it's a card that can reduce the chance of an already strong deck from encountering it's only significant fail state...
It's an auto include in Miracle Rogue. 4.5/5 legendary.
Good up until you face a class with bad spells. At least a nice synergy with Karazhan cards, so I guess it's alright when drawn from a pack, but crafting it? Eh.
Can't wait for the rogue decks that everyone will copy/paste into their accounts once the expansion hits the game and the class stsrts dominating the meta yet again.
Maybe we should learn and stop judging cards before we can actually use them. Caverns Below sure was a useless card....
What is really, really bad about this cards is its 4-mana-cost.
Until now i believed Rogue finally got healing again with Prince Valanar, because there are nearly no 4-mana-cards for rogues (maybe Jade Spirit in Jade-Rogue).
Makes me somewhat sad, hoped for a more versatile "gimmicky" Rogue Legendary...
Edit: This one sadly is situational AND with a lot of RNG risk, wow the more I think about the worse it gets. Hey, at least 3rd Yeti! 😀

wtf is this shit?
rated it bad, was expecting a more competitive, less random kind of card, maybe something with high attack, fairly low health, lifesteal and stelath.
need take time to make new pic and signature using the new cards.
So you need to first generate some normally fairly low-value spells, then transform them. Why not just run good spells to begin with?
Mukla value though.

This rogue legendary is a great card for an adventure. Adventure legendaries came in all kinds of power levels.
12 wins in ArenA with: Mage and Paladin, first time legend with Rogue

What i read from this card is "get back to playing the halfassed burgle archetype rogue fans". The card is just meant for casual funzies.
Release the Kraken!
