This card is one of the worst revealed in Un'goro and I'm not exaggerating
Lets see the options:
+1/+1 - A four mana Mark of the Lotus LOL!!! Stealth - A four mana Conceal LOL!!! Deathrattle Summon 1/1's - A worse Soul of The Forest LOL!!! Taunt - Can't even describe how terrible this is... "Cant be targeted" - Don't make sense in a token deck... Poisonous - Extremely situational to be any good. Divine Shield - Make your board harder to remove, the same role SotF has and that card saw no play
So more than half options are laughably bad, now let's see...
+3 Attack - Can work as a finisher. Seems great at first glance but it really isn't. Druid already have Savage Roar and there's no need to use 3 finisher spells in a token deck. It's not reliable because you need burst to finish the game but you have only 30% chance to get it. Better to run SR and guarantee lethal.
+3 Health - Sounds ok but most of the time you don't want to buff health of weak tokens. Can be good if comboed with other buff spells but too inconsistent again.
Windfury - Again, can work as a finisher but why run this over SR?
On top of that you need at least ~4-5 minions on board to even justify playing this card. High risks, low rewards. This card will never , ever see any bit of play unless the quest is adapt-related and even then I don't think this will be worth running.
I've thought about this card a bit and I don't think it's as bad as I initially thought.
+3 attack is a 4 mana bloodlust with a permanent effect, which is obviously nuts. Windfury is even better if you're also running Savage Roar. Living Spores is more or less Soul of the Forest. Stealth and divine shield for setting up a savage roar lethal the following turn. Even taunt wall against a face deck could be clutch. Poisonous could be good if there's big taunts in the way.
so you have 3 really good effects, and 4 situationally good effects out of 10 with 3 chances to get any of them. I don't know if token druid will be competitive or not, but if it is this card will likely be a reason why.
A number of sites track Wild using data gathered from Track-o-bot. Metastats.com issues a monthly report for the format, similar to the weekly report which VS provides for Standard. Egg Druid is already one of the top decks in Wild - it's one of four decks with a positive match-up against Pirate Warrior, and it only has three match-ups in the red, bottoming out at 47%. The new card looks like a solid upgrade over Soul of the Forest, which is slow and mostly used as insurance against board clears - if you hit +3 Attack, or Windfury, the deck will often simply win the game, while the deathrattle option will often be better than getting a single 2/2 from SotF.
Its cost and the randomness of the effect will probably make it worse than Savage Roar, plus this requires at last 3 or more minion to actually get some real value out of it.
Actually I don't see any reason why this should be played instead of what that archetype of Druid deck already has.
I also think Evolving Spores is too expensive. BUT adapt has the advantage that you can choose the effect . In that respect it is better than the other +1/+1 buffs. And that is also the reason that it might be included as a 1-of. Assuming that token Druid sees play of course
Having plaid a good amount of egg druid I agree. Even Soul of the Forest is too expensive most times but with all the board clears it becomes an unfortunate necessity. With less minions on board the living spores could be better for building a board but the 2/2s are better if you already have tokens from a spider or dragon egg. They are also harder to clear with the additional health. I can see this being tried out in the deck but I don't think it will ultimately make the cut.

horrible card - unplayable on curve. will see no play in constructed.

So, it could be that they are supporting Egg Druid.
The card in itself looks overcosted, but with enough "token power", it could be good.
Its versatility partly pays for its cost already.
an RNG version of Soul of the Forest doesn't sound very appealing. Would've been so much better if it were just 1 mana give one minion Adapt.
Well GUYS it depends: all minions will have same adaptation or all different ones?

It's 20 dust at least.

lol if you think Pyro + This will be any good
It's a 6 mana - 2 card combo board clear and you need to be lucky ( 30% chance) to find the poisonous ability
Paladin can do the same for 4 mana and no RNG involved. Plus Equality alone is better than Living Spores

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
overcosted
Since living mana "eat all your mana", you can't really cast them in one turn unless you double innervate.

In the past, people would tell : "The reason why druid can't gain any good class cards is because of combo"
Combo was nerfed long ago and maybe except for 2 cards , druids keep getting horrendous weird stuff
Did you know ? The best epic druid got since BETA is.... Mulch ! LOL!. All other epics are garbage piles of dust.
Blizzard show no love for our class. Not even a second hero portrait. Definitly not going to give them money
