Not the most interesting thing about those "forbidden" cards but they are very useful against the Baron Geddon boss in Black Rock Mountain adventure. I just recently beat him in Heroic mode but it would have been really useful to have this kind of card.
They should just go ahead and give Paladins a bubble hearth. "Spend all available mana to become immune and teleport back to the inn, leaving the game without recording a loss." Then they can be as hated in Hearthstone as they are in WoW.

This can be too big of a healthy to just right it off, maybe if it was for any other class I couldn't see it working but since it for the paladin it's totally possible to cast in a slower midrange or control deck. Paladins will always have equality which is almost always a full board clear, and with weapons and divine shields their stuff is somewhat sticky. So it's not too hard to find windows for them to use it, if they can find time to play LOL for 8 and not be able to play the cards it draws then they most definitely can can 8 forbidden mana to heal twice as much. Like I said the combination of just how much this can heal with paladins amazing control makes this a very realistic card.
I don't think this card is amazing though. It's a massive heal at 5+ mana, but you give all initiative back to the opponent. Hard to justify it over Lay on Hands in a non-Reno Paladin, especially if we do get a new replacement for Antique Healbot. You of course have the option to play this for less, but it will be worse than Holy Light at almost all times in terms of efficiency. I could see a fatigue-Paladin or Reno-Paladin running it as a 1-of alongside LoH, but it's so slow and so defensive.
Yay! Perhaps control paladin can be a thing with this and some more SHR support? And maybe, just maybe, dragon paladin can get some love to make it actually exist? I can see a few new decks having hope to exist just because of this one card.
This card is for me is like, answers the question : "How much healing is too much healing?". The second most deck type I hate is "grinder". And this is just pure grind card. Card is good but I hate it allready.
New cards with really diferents effects and a very good and balanced cards with discovers and far from OP bullshit like MC or Shredder, this new expansion for now don't hit the mark in sameway LoE did, sounds more a reprint for me, C'Thun instead dragons, and some cards like Shieldmaiden trade for another in "new" decks.
I already hate all priests who get this with an Auchini SoulPriest on the board. Unless it's not targetable, then I already see some great LoL's from this.

First we need confirmation that this card is targeted spell. It might not be.
Also, I would like to see healing archetype in paladin deck. Maybe some healing secrets?
I really wish this card was called Convalescence. Forbidden Healing just sounds like a weird contradiction in terms.

Does this card heals paladin himsels only, or card effect is targetable? *oh, Auchenai..*

I really like this card, especially if the paladin get something like a Auchenai...

Damn these cards in this expansion so far are kinda overpowered

Healadin confirmed boiiiis. For real though this is gonna be a really good card for all paladins.
Damn you snowboarders!

...There is just no way that happens...
(It happens)
Everyone keeps saying tempo tempo tempo. Not all decks rely on tempo. There are tons of decks that hero power pass all day long.

For me, the best design cards is LoE so far.

I really, really like the legends from LoE.
