While I feel this has likely been asked time and time again I can't find it :/ If I want to get started / get a decent wild deck will I need to pick up the LoE and BRM adventures? I have Naxx but then dropped out of playing during the time of the others. If they aren't required complete are there any particular legends that I should think about?
Thanks for any help, I'm looking at lists for Wild but its a little overwhelming.
As you can see, there are not that many adventure cards in the top tiers, and you can make very strong Wild decks with cards that recently rotated. You can probably get by crafting the key pieces from each adventure...
Are you looking for competitive decks ASAP? Then craft the cards as SlydE suggested. Are you looking for wider cardpool and amazing single player content? Buy the adventures. buy them without any regrets
Thanks SlydE, i'd forgotten the craft list existed. I've used it previously though for standard and appreciate the work you do.
FirePaly, thanks for the advice. I think i'll see what I open tomorrow and then maybe pick up one of the expansions to play through. Would you say one is better than the other?

LoE is better than BRM simply because of the unique legendaries. However BRM have Emperror which is crucial in combo decks, and some control decks too(for example Reno ones) Good luck on diving into the Wild)

I don't know if they are required but they certainly help.
You can't go wrong with them. Each adventure opens up a whole heap of deck styles to play. One of my favourites is Everyfin is Awesome from LoE. Throw a bunch of common murlocs together with that card, and you can get to rank 15 in wild easier than a basic collection scrambling through standard.
The other legends in LoE are pretty good. All of them, really. Nax has lots of solid cards. Blackrock opens up a lot for dragon tribal. Haven't really played with One Night cards much, but have used the beast/murloc/dragon cards to beat some solo stuff.

If you like Anyfin Can Happen I have amazing news for you :D. There is aproximatelly Tier 2 deck that is build around this card and its wincondition is massive damage to the opponents face. That deck appeared in 2015 first but now it keeps living :D

You can just craft them if you can afford to drop some dust.
If you decide to spend money on hearthstone, buy the adventures. The adventures are about double the value of pre-release packs.
