Hello All!
So once I reached rank 5, I decided to explore more decks. I came across a silence priest in ranked and I thought, hey, I'll make my own! Sooo few games later, i climbed from rank 4 to Legend in a short amount of time. This is my first deck that I'm sharing on here and I hope you guys will enjoy it!
I went 37-13 from rank 4 and to Legend 22 currently. From the stats, you can see that the deck is really strong against Shaman (mainly Elemental Shaman). The deck is also strong against Taunt warrior. Pirate Warrior is a hit or miss, depending on your starting hand. Quest rouge is an issue if they complete the quest and play it by turn 4 or 5.
It's hard to pinpoint if the other person is aggro or control in the current meta, so mulligan based on aggro.
You want a combination of the following cards in your starting hand for the most part:
- Northshire Cleric
- Humongous Razorleaf
- Ancient Watcher
- Acolyte of Pain
- Silence
- Kabal Talonpriest
If you know you're against a zoo like classe like Warlock, Druid(new aggro druids), or Pally (new murloc pallys), then you would want to try to aggressively mulligan for Circle of Healing and Auchenai Soulpriest combo to clear their board in the early game and win by them having used all of their resources early on.
If you have coin, keeping Purify and Ancient Watcher is a very strong combo.

EDIT:
So the meta is always changing and I decided to change a few cards to the current version i'm running.
Changes:
-1 Acolyte of Pain
- 1 Sunfury Protector
- 1 Bittertide Hydra
- 1 Auchenai Soulpriest
- 1 Kabal Songstealer
+2 Shadow Visions
+1 Lyra the Sunshard
+1 Embrace the Shadow
+1 Mass Dispel
Explanation for changes:
Shadow Visions is a great card and adding two of these has allowed for the other deck changes. Shadow visions allow you to dig for situational cards based on the current board state. You can create another Divine Spirit for when you need a bigger taunt or Embrace the Shadow for when you have Circle of Healing but no Auchenai Soulpriest and need to clear the board.
Shadow Visions also creates the ability to have more potential Silence in your deck, which allowed for room to take away - 1 Kabal Songstealer and - 1 Sunfury Protector (because more minions will be used as big threats instead of defensive targets.
Mass Dispel is specifically teched in for Taunt Warrior. Many times there are multiple taunts in the away and the combo is in hand, so Mass Dispel helps with that. It also helps to free up the other silences in order to save those for your own minions and not have to use them on the enemies.
Lyra the Sunshard is a great card to get more situational cards and because of all of the cheap spells in the deck, it tends to get a lot of value.
If you want to see me play a few games with the new updated deck, I have made a highlight video from a stream I did!

Haven't gotten anywhere near legend with this, but it's a satisfying deck that can be used in a number of situations--including beating the Lich King when you draw the right cards.
The only change I've made is Embrace the Shadow to a second Mass Dispel--the former predicates on being able to get a Circle of Healing at the same time, and it injures your minions as well as your enemies. The latter can work by itself and affects more than one enemy at a time.
Pardon my commenting on your old question...
I don't see where Lyra is essential. I haven't been dissatisfied enough to find a replacement, but half the time, your opponent will kill it off before it can generate more than a card or two--if ever.
Hydra is valuable if you silence it immediately--otherwise, it's dangerous. Put on a Divine Spirit and an Inner Fire, instant 16/16.
Any replacements for shamblers and hydra?
hello guys. I'm just wondering, should i craft this deck or Lyra Miracle Priest? which one is better for the current meta?
I just got to rank 5 with the deck but i've been wondering, would hozen healer be good? Has anyone tried it yet?
Should I create this deck to reach legend or at least rank5+? Is it worthy?
Could i reaplce Faceless Shambler with Faceless Manipulator ? Becuase i dont have Faceless Shambler
yes, but it's less effective against faster decks
This deck is really fun. Opponents have to respect the humongous razorleaf or they get punished.
The card draw and silence synergies, coupled with the Lyra fun. this deck is awesome
was going back and forth from ranks 1-5, got to legend using this deck. its neat. took out Bittertide Hydra and replaced it with Kabal Songstealer. works like a charm.
quest rogues are like the bane of this deck, but its not very popular deck on the ladder nowdays so you win more than you lose with this deck.
Is there a place to tech in Eater of Secrets in the deck against Quest or Freeze Mages? Which card would you substitute for it?
Amazing deck, only thing it lacks is the consistency of the slower decks of the format as well as pirate warrior. But when the deck works it works like a charm. It is extremely good at stalling as well as rushing, I was playing against aggro druid and he got his nuts draw and i managed to stabilize at 5 health and come back for the win. Plus this deck has gotten me from rank 10 - 4. So thank you for the amazing list! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good deck for ladder grinding. I personally feel that this decks best match ups (in my experience) are druid, priest, warrior, and rogue (unless they get the absolutely perfect draws). I was a little iffy about Lyra the Sunshard at first but after it won me several games purely by filling my hand with tools like Shadow Word: Pain and extra combo cards like Divine Spirit I kept it in rather than the extra Mass Dispel I was testing due to the high volume of taunt warrior I was facing. Overall I am very pleased with the deck and hope to get legend in the next few days of playing.
I'm 5-9 with this deck at rank 14. 0-4 against rogue. I realise this is a tricky deck to play but there doesnt seem to be a way to beat rogue unless the draw badly. Even with your big minions taunted they just bounce the 5 health stats back and attack again. I've had some great starts against them but it tends to end by turn 6. 50/50 against other decks but with rogue so prevalent this doesnt seem to work at lower ranks.
Picked up the deck and the tracker to go with it. (Didn't know that existed--thanks!) I haven't tried to ladder hard with it, but I haven't lost yet, either. (My tracker says 2-0, but I've played using that deck on my tablet a few times, so I know it's not accurate.) It will be interesting to see my stats after I've had the tracker for a few days...
Well the deck sucked for me at rank 2 anyway played about 10 games lost 6 won 4 because the cards are fairly situational. I have a hard time pulling off the combo consistently anyways but add to the fact that you are entirely reliant on drawing the combo that aggro just beats you out of a win. Not my type of deck but hey might work for other people
Only missing Embrace the Shadow. Any replacements for it?
Would another auchenai work?
Yeah another auchenai or wild pyro
Any good replacement for Lyra the Sunshard?
You could add in another hydra, or you can add an elise or a Kabal songstealer
Priest of the Feast is the card
-also add 1 raddiant elemental and remove 1 talonpriest
-i change embrace the shadows for word:pain too.
