Haven’t touched Hearthstone for 3 months, but decided to check out the new expansion. Nothing changes. Gaming community these days is obsessed with efficiency: it’s either winrate percentage, exp per hour, kills per hour etc. If you’re playing WoW Classic too, you know what I’m talking about. Tryhards and minmaxers are everywhere and are ruining experience for casual online players  who care only about fun per hour. And the higher said “efficient” individuals’ winrate, the lower our fun per hour is. Wish there was a way to be isolated from modern tryhards so that normal people could enjoy games.

Also fuck streamers, they are cancer of modern gaming.

That’s it, I quit Hearthstone until next rotation. Game 1: lost to Puzzle Box of Yogg Saron;

Game 2: lost to insane Shudderwock RNG. The idiot played fire elementals and the new deal 5 damage 8 mana crocolisk, almost everything went face and I died.

Game 3: lost to insane Zul’jin RNG.

Game 4: lost to an OTK paladin who discovered a third Holy Wrath via Vulpera Scoundrel.

If you’re not playing RNG cards in your deck, you’re doomed to fail, that’s what it basically comes down to. And I was playing Mecha’ thun warrior...

I’ve thought about Zephrys in the same key and came to similar conclusions. In my opinion the card is at the same stage as Death Knights at the start of KotFT: everyone loved them, but as time went on, people grew tired of them. And whenever Bloodreaver Gul’dan, Deathstalker Rexxar or Frost Lich Jaina delivered their lines, a “shit, here we go again” slipped through everyone’s mind.

Just like DKs, Zephrys is simply too powerful: it’s a perfect top deck in almost every scenario and at the same time , you can keep it in the starting hand - it’s just as good. And unlike DKs, of which at least some were bad, Zephrys is universal.

It has to do with aliens.

Bomb warrior is good against control warrior and highlander decks. I still need 75 wins for golden Garrosh portrait and decided to go with bombs as a lesser evil.

Luna’s to 6, Giant to HoF,Hall of fame all murlocs would be nice too. I would hate to see a prismatic lens nerf to be honest, as this card is only oppressive with tip the scales. Prismatic lens itself is balanced as it doesn’t do anything overpowered outside of murloc paladin.

Thanks for the feedback, Nulfire! Yes, I considered putting in Kangor instead of Finley (can't say that the upgraded hero power is that good, as you almost always have cards to play on curve). In that case Crystology makes even more sense. The reason I added Hidden Wisdom was mainly to activate Mysterious Blade. 

As for Faceless, yeah it's pretty greedy and is a flex slot, you can freely swap it for anything else. Also Wargear is a questionable one for me.

I still farm wins to get golden portrait for Warrior, so haven't played this deck for a while. But once I'm done with Garrosh, I'll optimize the list and update the guide.

Those braindead murloc paladins are giving my favorite class a bad name. What a shame.

Favourite is Paladin. Just like the way the cards look, also it is mostly a midrange class, which I like.

Hate Priest. It's weird that in a game where there is Rogue class, the biggest cheater is Priest. Whenever I play as Priest to get the golden portrait, I go "ugh" just scrolling over Anduin's portrait.

HSreplay is far more indicative in terms of statistics and I see murloc paladin at the top across all ranks with two other aggro decks in tier 1 bracket - mech hunter and murloc shaman.
