Guess what ? if you don't play around stuff, you get punished, that's just how Hearthstone work.

If you see a lot of quest shaman on ladder (which is the case right now), just play a deck that have a good winrate against them and you should be fine.

 Thanks for your input. I still won the game as well as 7/8 against quest shaman, but that card in that deck is going to be a problem for the next 1 1/2 - 2 years if it doesn't get hall of famed. However the deck will be gutted come next rotation but something tells me double battlecry effects will continue to be good. The developers made a good point last rotation when they said the card goes mostly unplayed throughout a meta but then it comes back in certain decks and creates problems. This is one of those times. Thank you for misconstruing my contempt for one card as contempt for a deck I actually like playing against.

 His point still stands. Doesn’t matter the deck. You know the MC tech play is coming so play around it.

Yes because we all are capable of crafting whatever cards, that are potentially garbage, whenever just to see if a deck is ‘good’ or not. And asking your fellow community members is pointless and a waste of everyones time and attention.

Typically, I don't really recommend disenchanting Legendaries either. You just never know when something that seems like complete garbage will be good later on. Toki, however, is so RNG reliant that it's hard to see any change in her 'worth'. And again, imo, she is purely a 'for fun' card. If you are on a budget, it may be a good idea to disenchant. And I am very nearly F2P(I've spent a total of $70.00 in 3 1/2 year with Hearthstone). And yet, I don't see myself disenchanting her. She's fun!

That being said, Blizz REALLY needs to offer better value for disenchantments. 1/4 of your return is a joke. further, there needs to be stronger incentive for new players to get in. I'm always recommending this game to friends who I know would really enjoy HS but it's impossible to get in at this point without spending hundreds of dollars which is just pathetic. Something needs to change on these two fronts.

I had unpacked her as well and will throw her in Big Spell Mage just for fun. I almost never end up playing her, though, unfortunately. And when I do it's typically a dud. However, I have gotten a Ragnaros the Firelord once or twice. Yesterday I threw her in a Hand-Mage deck, which actually went pretty well, 4-1. 

She is definitely not "good" but fun to include, nonetheless.

In 3.5 years I have spent $75.00 and have about 3/4 of the cards in the game

Hey nice deck! I think I'll give it a try, although I don't have Captain Greenskin [/card]so I'll prob take your advice from a previous post and add another[card] Cobalt Scalebane.

I mostly just wanted to post here and commend you for taking the time and effort in responding to the people here with detailed, helpful and earnest feedback. That is super refreshing, especially on this site! Wish there were more peeps like you on here. Maybe I'm being racist but why are Brazilians so friendly? haha. Keep it up, dude! Cheers!
