Hi, Painkiller. You should definitely try Spell Hunter with Lock and Load. It's worth to use it, even better than Tracking if comparison is needed.

Also, thanks for the cheer-up. In case you don't know, Hearthpwn is going to be closed around the end of June, and people is migrating to the new website (Out of Cards). I will carry my decks to new website, so better check there if you wish to see updates regarding this deck.

Ah, that makes sense. It's just that I added Pick Pocket and Face Collector to upgrade the weapon easily. Also, if you can draw your cards without any issues, that's perfect; though I believe Minstrel or Mimic Pod would help you a lot, especially after Espionage.

Other than that, it's good to see a deckbuilder like me. Thanks for the feedback, and have fun on Wild ladder.

It's like you made out a Control Rogue list, pure one I can tell. Valeera, Plank, Zihi, Loatheb, Rat etc. Interesting to see that you swapped some Thief tools in favor of Control tools. Aside from upgrading your weapon hard, how did it perform? Either Casual or Ranked, I would like to hear your thoughts.

Well, I only faced Liam once or twice since WW, and Leeroy looks better in Odd Paladin than him as option. As for Gallywix, I use him in every Reno Rogue decks I made myself as well as in Thief Rogues. Rather than Tess, which is 8-mana and can screw you over, Gallywix is 6-mana with good stats and more viable than Tess.

Hello, Slyde! I just checked the Wild list, and surprised that Prince Liam is Tier 2 while Trade Prince Gallywix is Tier 5? For me, it's vice-versa, as I Liam isn't a viability anymore whereas Gallywix is more than that. Maybe not Tier 2, but if you test him out, I bet you can see the potential of Gallywix as Tier 3, if not Tier 2, just like how Sneed is in the current list.

We are on the same train. I was 2 stars away to legend, then, be it bad luck or "you know nothing", I was fallen to Rank 4 and sitting there. I will focus on and do my best next month, you should better take your chances next month if you want.

What's worse, it would be my first legend after four years, had I reached there :(

That's neat, I never thought this deck would be that good at Rank 5. Good luck on the road to legend!

Wow, 3TK as Rogue? Well done, it was a good one. Btw, was it Casual or Ranked because I couldn't find anything? And, if Ranked, at which rank were you while playing this deck?

Hello, Machewey! First of all, you can play this deck without crafting the legendaries you mentioned at the cost of reducing the powerlevel of this deck. Just replace the missing cards with the ones I suggested, then you will be fine. However, if you really want to craft two legendaries, Gallywix should be the first and absolute as he can fit all kinds of decks (Thief/Control/Reno etc.) followed by Shaku. Gallywix is the best 6-drop in Rogue class, 8 Health means he can tank a lot and 5 Attack is a serious threat. As value/body, he can compete with Sylvanas I can tell, if you want to compare. As for Shaku, he is one of the greatest 3-drop minion, yet I can't understand why Thief Rogue players don't want to use him. Having Stealth means you can safely drop him whenever possible as he can't be targeted directly unless you attack/steal something first. Besides Thief, you can put him in any deck. As for Tak, before him, I used Grand Crusader to have an upper advantage against Rogues. If you want to swap Face Collector, use Sir Finley to change your Hero Power and use it for greater good. Thus, you don't need to worry about accidentally destroying your weapon. Come to think of it, I can use him too, though I need to find a better replacement and test him first.

If you want to have fun with this deck, or scrathing your head after Rogue nerfs, go for it because this deck is safe to craft. This deck can carry you to Rank 15, and to Rank 10 if only guided well.

Sorry for the long-wall text. I hope I answered your questions clearly.

It's just that the replacements I suggested was to maintain the core of deck, which is Thief Rogue. Better replacements would be Eviscerate/Sap and such to maintain board presence at the cost of losing Thief tools.

Thanks for your comment, I am delighted you enjoyed my deck.

Of course it's too hard to climb for legend with this deck when you are at Rank 5 and beyond since the meta is mostly agressive (Odd Paladin/Murloc Shaman) and this deck is for chilling or those who like to play Control decks. However, you can reach at Rank 15 -even Rank 10 if guided right-  with this deck.

Thanks for the feedback. It's good to know you enjoyed my deck.

First of all, before the nerfs, the reason I used Preparation was:

    • Discount Raiding Party to 0-Mana and play on turn 1 to draw three cards,
    • Play Tak+Espionage combo easily and play it as early as possible.

Now Preparation reduces the cost of a spell by two. Then, Raiding Party costs 4-Mana. Thus, when combined together, Prep+Raiding combo is too expensive at 2-Mana for a Rogue, and there's no Tempo gain by that (I mean no minion presence on your side). Rather, at 2-Mana, I can play Cavern Shinyfinder to have a board presence and draw-a-weapon.

In short, Preparation and Raiding Party alone/together aren't worth using or expensive. You can consider Cavern Shinyfinder+Mimic Pod as pre-nerf Preparation+Raiding Party if you turn your thinking around.

I see. Guess I should use 2x Mirror Image rather than one. Thanks a lot, I will try what you suggested.

I mulligan hard for them, as I grasped the idea behind this deck. However, Never Surrender! is a problem that I can't deal with. That's why I lose most of the time.
