    Great, thanks.

I was planning on crafting a DK before opening packs, but now I'll do the prologue first.

Question for those who got to start playing already or those better in the know than I.

Is the DK you get from completing the prologue randomly chosen?

    Thanks.

posted a message on Disappointed with Lack of Dragons

Hearthstone is a game based around WoW, there are no dragons in Un'goro and thus none in this expansion.

We got new quests, new keyword, new minion type, be happy with the innovation to the game and that they aren't just pumping out more of the same and expecting money for it.

posted a message on The worst thing about hate messages

I actually had something like this happen the other day to me.

I was blindsided by a shadow priest that just plain kicked my butt (it could have been lack of draw on my part); anyway I was impressed and tried to friend him after the game to GG him and find out of the deck has been successful more than not. Obviously to also try to get a deck list.

Sadly, he ignored the request. Too bad.

I have also been on the other side of accepting requests and getting bitched at; so I can understand, it's just too bad people cannot handle failure these days and have to lash out.

posted a message on Blizzard stealing our gold? (Heroic Brawl is bad value)
    Quote from MrZNF >>

I'm assuming that people paying with cash can be seen as paying 10 dollars for getting 1000 gold (which in itself can be seen as a pretty good deal). I'm also assuming that 100 dust ≈ 1 pack = 100 gold and that a golden legendary = 1600 dust = 1600 gold

Your calculations are off by a factor of 2x since you incorrectly assume that a golden legendary is worth 1600 dust/gold; where it is actually worth 3200.

    Whoops..

There has ben SO many threads about this already and it was confiremd by a blue post that this is neither a hack nor an exploit. It seems to be some kind of connection issues that hasn't been resolved by now.

Very good, I knew I remembered readying about it but just wanted to double check.

    Thanks for the confirmation.

posted a message on Card Hover Buff/Hack

I remember reading sometime ago about a card hover exploit/hack that was being used to indefinitely suspend the turn. I also, thought I remember it being addressed by Blizzard in a hotfix.

I however, was the recipient of this last night, I think.

I was about to win a game against a warlock on my paladin. The next turn (mine) would have been lethal, however, he played out a card (the lock bomb card that does 3 damage) to one of my minions. The weird part was that I saw the card, obviously, but no damage was dealt and it remained hovering over the board and prevented any other action from taking place. I waited for a for over 2 hours, during dinner while watching TV.

My question is this: was this a bug or the other player using an exploit?

posted a message on Avast! Pirate/Weaponpower Rogue

I played a variation of this deck last night that I made quickly.

I was surprised I was winning. However, I'm glad to see Pirates becoming viable again.

I'll tweak my deck when I get home and add in some of your ideas. Thanks for posting.

Maybe its because the pool of cards is much larger than before?

If u bothered to read my post i'm sure u would have realised that i was aware of this.

Then why complain about it? larger cardpool = lesser chance to draft 3+ flamestrikes
And that's not a nerf no matter how you look at it.

I don't get the point of the whole thread.

I think the point is: "there is something new that prevents me from doing the same thing that lets me win the above average amount of games and therefore it must be a nerf".

Until of course, a few weeks goes by and those same people start raving about how good the new cards are when they find another winning arena weight value site.

I'm not attempting to assume the OP is such a person, but I think we are going to start seeing a lot of posts like this.

posted a message on Unintentional Mage arena nerf?

I wouldn't go as far as say it is a nerf as it effects all the classes. I think it is more accurate to say that the "standard" winning decks in arena are no more.

Since no one really knows the strongest picks at this time, it will be some time before it normalizes again. In my opinion that is the fun of card releases, the chaos.

posted a message on Free Arena Pass gone.. wrong?

I'd be happy, sure you're going to have bad arena runs here and there, but Goldens always take the sting out. Also, keep in mind that it will be up and down as people figure out how to do arena again; I bet if you try another you'll have a much better turn out (RNG gods be on your side).

    Grats!

I honestly dont agree with you on anything except the part about naxx.

But oh well. If you dont want to put in the effort to get better at a competitive game then I can see why putting this game away is the best option for you.
    Bye bye.

Unfortunately this is true. People think that if they can't do well in a game it must be the developers fault, and the game should be reworked for them.

    Well said!

posted a message on I understand Leeroy, But the buzzard deserves more!

It will take a little time but people will still be using the buzzard (most likely just one instead of two) in hunter decks. It will still work with the beast synergy and will still net some card draw (just not all in one turn like it is used now) or you'll get one card and a removal, which is still good imo.

posted a message on What do you do when you are on serious tilt?

Stick with doubling up your class cards first, if you can... for example, having two Druids of the Claw will really help you out.

This will be easier since most are free and powerful enough to get you moving in the right direction.
