Hello everyone, so as you all know the nerfs just dropped in. I only play wild mode, i find standard's restrictions to be too boring to play. I don't know how op preparation is in standard but it definitely is not in wild! I am sorry but if blizzard does not care about wild players and nerf cards into oblivion (prep in wild is now unplayable) for no reason (for the wild mode) then we players might just not care about this game. This is just disrespectful! We have problems like barnes and big priest but no, just nerf preparation because it is too powerful for standard. Why you didn't just hof it already, if it is too powerful for standard. Show some respect for the wild mode, if they are DIFFERENT game modes, then approach them DIFFERENTLY. Make the nerfs different or whatever, make preparation in wild the same as pre-nerf.
Kingsbane Rogue is T1 at the moment and in the worst case it will still be T2, which is fine and not dead at all!
Otherwhise there is Odd-Rogue too which a lot of players had forgotten about. I played with Odd-Rogue from rank 7 to 1 this month with a 66% winrate. And the nerfs didn`t touch Odd-Rogue at all.
But I don`t like the fact too that Blizz still not changes Big Priest. But I guess they still need more data... x_X
Blizzard should make a special stream lessons or youtube videos in which they explain the the only way hs should be played is with supa dupa 1000 IQ control/combo homebrewed decks and 30 minutes long match is a minimum time period that proves you're not braindead blah blah something etc.
If I remember correctly, Kingsbane pirate rogue is one of the best decks in wild and one of the biggest reasons is Raiding Party and in how it can be prepped out along with Tinker's Sharpsword Oil. Sure the nerf is annoying and all for people who liked to play around with the card, but the nerf is perfectly fine in my opinion.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
well, i never said rogue will not be viable because of the nerfs. what i said is ruining cards (preparation in this case) for no reason (for wild mode) is just disrespectful from blizzard to the wild players. i suggest you to try to understand what you read before you comment, you are missing the point.

You are right. The preparation nerf kinda sucks for the wild mode. But I really like the Raiding Party nerf.
I'm playing wild exclusivly and also don't understand the "wild policy" of Blizzard. Since I payed a lot lot lot of money during the last years, I'm a little bit confused from a customer point of view. I think they just want to press out the most money out of the system and nerfs of wild cards create to much "free" dust. I'm a bit disappointed, but still Hearthstone was worth every single Penny :-)
Still no sign of an actual fix for mana cheating decks, Big priest and DH Warlock warp the meta and actualy kill the fun side of SOOOO many games.
Being forced to play aggro to counter that is not a solution, so many decks are kept in check by those polarizing playstyle, and apparently Blizzard is ignoring this fact.
I am not a rogue player so i will be quiet on that matter, but silence about wild mode from Blizzard is getting louder every day.
The issue with Big Priest has never been related to its power level, as the deck has consistently found itself well down the Tier List in both the VS Wild Report, and the numbers posted by HSReplays. It's a Tier 2 deck with a Tier 1 play-rate, and it feels bad to play against because a single card in the deck spikes the win-rate of the archetype by over 20% when it hits the board.
But to put things in perspective - currently, the Wild meta-game is completely dominated by Aggro. The top nine decks in the most recent VS Report are all Aggro, and sixteen of the top twenty decks VS tracks are either Aggro or Combo - only two non-Aggro, non-Combo decks in the format have win-rates (fractionally) above 50% (Even Shaman and Jade Druid.) Big Priest has the highest play-rate in the format, by far, but it's only 13th best in terms of win-rate. Big Priest could be nerfed to oblivion, and Wild would still be dominated by Aggro and much better Combo decks - Control and MR simply lack the tools to either interact with the speed of Wild Combo, or stabilize early enough against the tide of Zergs in the format.
Let's be 100% honest. Blizzard nerfs old cards to force people like you to open their wallets and buy packs. The entire game is designed around planned obsolescence. As soon as you get established enough to have a good build, Blizzard will simultaneously nerf/remove your cards and introduce new, more powerful cards.
The game is not nearly as enjoyable as it was a year or two ago. Each new patch seems to just make it worse and worse. I hardly ever play anymore.
i played wild most of my time i playing HS,and Blizzard ALWAYS was not paying attention to this game mode, its horible, every time a thinking about wild and Blizzard a getting mad, anyway i hope we will get good nerf after ALL THIS TIME (i remember only 1 wild nerf that was NAGA),wild is literally broken and many players still playing there,it shows how much we love WILD, WE DESERVE VERY BIG NERFS IN WILD I PRAY YOU BLIZZARD!
I am thankful Rogue got nerfed, that class was broken in both formats. But I am upset they didn't touch Barnes/big priest. Hopefully they push a second balance patch in June.

They do not care nor should they.
Rogue will still be viable in Wild, stop crying!

Wild is Blizzard's redheaded stepchild. The sooner you realize this, the better. Hope for nothing, at least that way you won't be disappointed.
Let's nerf kingsbane rogue, big priest is not powerful enough, we need to remove some counters. =)

.
You're definitely right, Blizzard sees the p(l)ayers as walking wallets and nothing more.
There are still enough counters to Big Priest.
But of course this doesn`t change the face that Big Priest is broken (in my opinion).
The nerf on Prep is plain out wrong in Wild.
But i'm more upset by the fact they think the Summon/Graveyard system is perfectly fine.
I don't care the winrates, Darkest Hour Warlock and Big Priest are cancer decks (and i don't easily use that label).
Toxic for the overall fun of the mode.
I'm tired of being forced to Even Shaman to stand some fair chances in this meta against hyper-Aggro on one side and Brokenness on the other...
