Such a confusing role seriously. Either make him a charge finisher like garosh or a super divine taunt like tirion but not both. I prefer the former, suits the name

What are your cards guys?
What do you mean whirlwind + 4 armor?? To make both those things the hero pwer for the DK? AT THE SAME TIME? no way, then Illidan a 7/7 that summons 2 2/1s at the end of the turn? are you absolutely out of your mind, that's busted af, I agree that it's an iconic character but that doesn't mean he should be disgustingly OP, I agree Al'akir could get a little help but that honestly will never happen, if there was a case for buffs then like 80% of the basic set should be buffed and a couple of the Expert set (now know as the classic set) should be buffed as well as a lot of them are heavily power cripped by newer cards.
4 armor for garrosh is too much, he has a good impact with his weapon, it is like 3 small flamestrikes, but I agree that need some armor in his hero power atleast two armor and 1 damage to all minions would be fine. The idea for Alakir is really interesting.
has blizzard EVER buffed any cards? This is just a pipe dream, since we've never seen this happen yet. Why even consider it?
For both Illidian and Al'Akir, no need to buff them. Just create alternate versions like Ragnaros or Deathwing. Then, they could still be iconic without actually changing the originals.
For the DK's, they shouldn't all be equally playable otherwise they would also need to balance quests and weapons as we are seeing the same trend with those unique class legendaries. And Garrosh DK can be used successfully in a Warrior Quest deck. Plus, he might get more support with new card releases or even with the reset in April.
And for any basic card, those are supposed to be worse than any class cards or expansion cards.

Never in the history of Hearthstone has a card been directly buffed. It'll never happen.
Unleash the hounds have a cost reduction from 4 to 3 for once.
It used to cost 2. They partially backtracked on the nerf from 4 to 3 eventually. No card has ever been buffed from its original version; they simply get superseded by newer and better cards
Valeera and Jaina DK must have the cost reduced for 8 or, for balance, DK priest increase the cost for 9.
Jaina at 8 mana would be nuts, I hope you see why.
...
In case you don't, with the extra 2 mana you can Hero Power something at 1-health and create an additional Water Elemental, or do a multitude of other things. Many 9-mana cards may as well be 10-mana because the extra 1-mana is meaningless in most cases, and it forces you to really consider your decision to play it as your entire turn or not. At 8 mana, your options are much wider, as 2-cost cards have so much more use than 1-cost cards, especially in Mage.

I think some minor buffs could be super cool. I don’t see why we need a new illidain card. I’m even reading the book written about him, one of my top 3 favorite characters through all of the lore, but i DE’d the hearthstone card because it’s frankly trash.... 7/7 with his ability wouldn’t be too broken. The auto spawn at the end of turn might be a little OP though.
in any case, with buffs VERY rarely ever happening, This is all theory, with a very small chance to actually happen...
Just undo the fiery war axe nerf and you go a long way to help get warrior back to usefulness. A nicer DK would be nice, but that would not be as big of a change.
Hmm, I don't really think so. It would be a way more fair card to play against, no doubt, but having the ability to squeeze out some (free) damage, either on the enemy face or on some minions to gain board control, is also a powerful factor, which I wouldn't underestimate. Not only this, but imho there will be a feeling of getting rewarded, when using that ability correctly - deciding whether you have to concentrate on the HP or on playing more stuff instead.
To add on to that I think why Blizzard never buff a dustable card is because they will need to make it craftable to everyone with thesame dust value for the people who dusted it in the past. Which will result to a lost of potential money or opportunity cost.
Never in the history of Hearthstone has a card been directly buffed. It'll never happen.
Theres an entire list.
Like 30 cards have been buffed directly, ranging from reducing northsire cleric from 2 to 1 mana in cost to removing Jaraxxus' weakness to repentance and sacred trial.
Stop spreading lies.
A random assortment off the top of my head.
Dread infernal was once a 5/5.
Prophet velen used to only buff spells.
Fireball used to cost 5 mana.
Shadow step used to not give a discount to minions it returned

Murloc warleader used to give +2/+1 to ENEMY murlocs as well.
Abusive sergeant used to be a 1/1, then buffed to a 2/1, then nerfed to a 1/1.
Battle rage used to cost 3 mana.
Injured blademaster used to be a 3/7.
Buffs have happened. Stop lying to yourselves and others.

In the current meta, I hese cards seriously need a buff.
1. Scourgelord Garrosh - whirlind plus 4 armor
Currently this is the weakest DK and made warrior have zero players!
2. Illidan Stormage - 7 mana, 7/7, at the end of your turn summon two flames of Azinoth
Such an iconic character at an awful card. Make this the new boom that sync with DK Warlock
3. Alakir - 5/1 , Whirlwind, spell immune OR 3/8 Divine, taunt
Such a confusing role seriously. Either make him a charge finisher like garosh or a super divine taunt like tirion but not both. I prefer the former, suits the name

Guardian of Kings says hello ! Seriously this card could be 5 mana without problems.

I wouldn't mind if the OG Hemet got a strong buff. Make it worthwhile to counter Carrion Crawler. Maybe 4 mana 4/4 Battlecry: Destroy a Beast.
