So I got a non-golden Ragnaros which rewards me 1600 dust after the rotation, but what if,.. I now craft a golden Rangaros which rewards me 3200 dust after rotation and then I dust my non-golden ragnaros for 800.
Is true that i then have 800 free dust?
Does this also work with the other cards which will be moved to wild?
Firstly, a golden Rag is 1600 dust for DEing, (€) a non-golden is 400 dust.
If you craft a golden one, you get the dust for the golden one back. It's 3200. Then you can DE the golden one and get another 1600 dust. You earned 1600 dust.
If you have a normal one, you earn 1600 dust for doing nothing.
Both options are equally good, but one of them doesn't require you to do anything (which seems preferably to me since you can't fuck up anything by accident).
But if you craft a golden Ragnaros and DE the normal one, you only earn 400 dust. This option is therefore suboptimal if you want dust and do not care about golden cards.
I would like the golden rag and sylvanas, but I will lose on 3200 gold. I dont know if its worth it, theyre nice though ...
Do you have both of these cards in non-golden form already?
In that case, upgrading them to Golden will cost you 2400 dust, not 3200.
You spend 6400 crafting them in golden form and dust your old copies to get 800 back. This costs a net 5600.
Then, on EXP day, you will be gifted 6400. You are up 800 gold and have upgraded both cards to Golden copies.
However, if you just stick with your non-golden copies you will be gifted 3200 gold (2400 more than if you upgrade both cards).
Personally, I think that I will upgrade mine. Normally, upgrading non-golden to golden costs 2800 per card (3200 minus 400) so I shall do this at the discounted price of 1200 per card instead.
If you have regular sylvanas and rag, and want the golden version, you can essentially craft them at a discounted cost, and DE the regular ones.. but it doesnt seem worth it, unless you are really into golden cards.. otherwise do nothing

Why going for legend if you're already a legend
If you don't do anything, you'll get 1600 free dust.
If you do what you say, you'll get 400 free dust.
i.e. DON'T DO ANYTHING!
Please check the thread in my signature if you want further detail on what to do.
Should you craft/disenchant (Golden) Sylvanas or Ragnaros?

This system is like the real world... the ones with money on the bank, are getting richer... the ones who are always on the edge, get nothing :(.
I need a Dust loan... so I can craft my golden Rag :)
The long and short of it is, if you craft the golden one you are paying 1200 dust to 'upgrade' the card in wild from regular to golden.
For me that's not worth it, people who like shiny things may disagree.

Seems ok.
