I know this may sound weird but I think it's kinda fun to play troll decks where the point is really not to "win". I remember one time I played against a guy who had all legendaries in his deck in casual. He never attacked me the whole game, just traded with my minions. This was back in the time when I just started without anything "good", and I found that to be hilarious!
I'm not sure how many people out there have experienced something like that, but it makes for a more interesting game sometimes to troll (and not the spamming emotes kind of troll). I love making decks that clearly aren't that competitive, just plain fun; besides Hearthstone doesn't have to be all serious all the time. Streamers like Noxious for example play quite a bit of strange decks (Randiun Wrynn I'm looking at you), and I'm just wondering if anyone else has done that.
Just for laughs, I played about 4 ranked games (at ranks 10-11) with a druid deck that had NOTHING but card draw minions and spells. I got milled so many times while people kept trading with my minions fearing the combo. No one ever suspected that they'd face such an opponent, I can assure you! :D
I think any of those mill decks about the time that Black Rock Mountain came out, were completely unexpected. Now it's like "Sigh, another mill rogue." but at first it was a fun deck to play against, now not as much for me :D.

I didn't play a mill druid. I played a self mill druid. All the cards in my deck were cards that draw ME more cards.

I like to play decks that are almost completely normal competitive decks, but with 1 card that's completely out of place. It's fun to throw down an Elite Tauren Chieftain right before you win. :)
Doesn't sound weird at all, honestly I think this community is way too uptight and serious about this game. No offesne to you at all, but the fact you would expect something like this to "sound weird" is an example of the current state of the community. Having fun and creating wacky decks should not be something unnatural.
i watch too many streams where I see the streamer que up against a "different deck" (meaning not a meta or net decked deck) and the streamer and chat begin to call the guy a noob or they say " WTF is this deck??", I just sit there like wow... Stuff like that is what keeps people from trying new things. Making silly or different decks shoul not sound weird to people but I swear the majority of this community is so try hard that you can't even tell them this kind of stuff.
Anyways, Shaman is my favirote class because although it is not the most competitive it allows you to be more creative then any other class because it's class cards are very gimmicky and have variety (even though they suck). So I have the most fun with the class and I really can't wait for the new expansion so I can get in to other classes and have even more fun with Shaman.
My favorite deck is also a non-meta deck. It is a slow Hunter deck , but with Sir Finley Mrrgglton , Sludge Belchers , Healbots and a bunch of late game.
I have beaten so many face decks by doing turn 1 Finley into Priests or warriors hero power. All of thos times my opponent was like '' What? you're a hunter , not a priest or a warrior , bruh .''
I've got a reno hunter deck where turn 1 Sir Finley Mrrgglton is common place, I know what you mean, opponents be like "Oh look it's more hunter scum." yeah nope not at all.

So many people focus on the damn aggro Shaman cancer, I'm glad that someone is making use of what would seem like bad cards to others like Ancestral Spirit. I love the control kind of decks that blizzards started to encourage with Shaman, Elemental Destruction, Ancestral Healing, Ancestral Call, so on. I tried a late game deck with Shaman that used Jeweled Scarab to pull any of his 3 mana awesome cards, like who wouldn't want 4 extra Hexes in their hand? lmao

Yeah, it's fun to have a random Gazlowe in your secret Paladin.

I like to make cards and discuss game balance.
I enjoy when "No similar decks were found."
