Almost always hits value in Control Warrior, but its so fucking slow. I just don't see how it will see play because it does absolutely zilch when its played and basically every single card that sees play in constructed over 7 mana does something when it's played. I say it doesn't see too much play. I think it's playable to a degree, but it's a win more card just like Rotface.
What do you prefer? Juggernaut, Malorok, Rotface, King Mosh, Hobart or Varian? Genuinely intrigued.
Jesus Christ those were awful. I mean Malkorok was playable but what the hell.
Varian saw play right?
Ok so most of them do suck but they were better than this one due to immediate value. Malkorok and juggernaut were two and one mana off curve in terms of stats and they had unconditional battlecries, king mosh could combo to boardwipe and had stats to back it up. The problem with this guy is that his stats are way off curve and his immediate value is conditional
which isn’t to say he’s bad, better than rotface that’s for sure, higher chance of surviving and of summoning something worthwhile
i was thinking because this is 8 mana playing this and Bring It On! on the same turn might be good

Oh? Didn't you know? Yogg-Saron, Hope's End never dies, not even when he's moved to wild due to his new cult member and my newest favorite card Toki, Time Tinker!
Idk honestly you dont even need a 10 drop like everyone is saying.
The fact that hes already a lil thicc means that playing him when you have 3+ armor is already a tempo boost, and while some minions between 3 and 10 armor can be bad statted, you have a much better chance of getting something, if at least a nice pile of stats.
With more cards yet to be revealed, this card might be good. Recruit is a new keyword that might make BIG EZ warrior work. But this card should be something like 5-7 drop and lower its stat though since warrior has so many turn 8 play already.
I dont see how its THAT conditional as Warrior usually always has armor and easy ways to generate armor.
Also, it summons a minion every turn so it has a ton of value. You cab also get unlimited amounts of this card in dead mans hand warrior. Cards that give value as they are on the board are incredibly strong in hearthstone.
Also, its a 4-8 which makes it one of the tougher minions to remove as it dodges most aoe and survives fireball and SW Death/DK Priest.
This card should be a staple in control decks and is worthless in aggro/midrange
This will be a fun card. Between this and Rotface you can make a couple big boards that your opponent has to deal with. Put 2 Win axes and a Gorhowl to activate the spellstone and you have a 3 5/5s for 7 mana. Then throw in the C'thun cards so you can get the 10 armor guy activated.....could be good
yeah this seems playable in a DMH warrior build, especially if we get another viable armor card. run the priest out of clears, stack armor, go infinite. scourgelord and rotface felt like strange fits in control to me, this makes more sense and has clear and obvious synergy.
What warrior needs is a midrange boardclear like the priest has gotton in some kind of good card and DMH warri will be tier 1. brawl is just not good enough atm .

Another turn 8 legendary minion for warrior.

Big warrior incoming

Jesus Christ!! There's enough 8-drop warrior legendaries!
An 8-drop that's far more powerful than Y'Sharrj. Seems fair.

I mean, I said "albeit an easy condition to meet" sooo....

This looks great for control warrior. And 4/8 stats make it very difficult to kill for priest, which was always control warrior't mortal enemy.
