This seems unplayably bad. What deck can get away with running absolutely no 2-drops? Maybe Warlock? You're giving up so many powerful options. It's a death sentence against aggro. Plus this guy is a one off in your deck, so you're not guaranteed to get him early when he matters most. It's not like The Mistcaller effect was insanely powerful to begin with.
I don't think people are realizing how many decks have multiple must-have 2-costs. Fiery War Axe, Hydrologist, Arcanologist, Wild Growth, Shadow Word: Pain, the list goes on. You could certainly cut them out if it's good enough, but is no 2-drops worse or better of a downside than one of each card, and is +1/+1 to all minions in your deck alone really comparable to recovering all health?
taking out the 2 slot seems awful, if anyone thinks this is good in anything other then Zoolock or Quest Hunter, you are crazy.
Yes, Zoolock is the perfect one, if don't work in anything else is fine.
Well, Zoolock right now is nothing but one and 3 drops the only 2 drops they run are Knife Juggler, Dire Wolf, and Restless Runts. which they can easy take out.
Very few classes/archetypes are able to pull off zero 2 drops, you need plenty of good 1 drops to compensate...Only ones that have this so far is Aggro Hunter and Zoolock, so this is 100% aggro card....Am sure Token Druid will try to make this work as well.
While the card looks pretty bad it could be pretty insane in Wild and if good synergy cards are coming this expansion.
You didn't learn from Mistcaller ? Having a card that has an impact on the board (Heal, charge, taunt, removal) is not the same as buffing cards in your deck.

If Mistcaller was 6/6 for 6 manas will see play in some decks, 4/4 for 6 manas and no impact on the board kill the card, this one is 2/2 for 2 manas, don't will see play in shaman because shaman have too many good cards in 2 manas slot but warlock and maybe druid can use this card.
It's too tough to call whether or not each class will have the necessary tools to make a deck that makes this work. 2 cost cards play a major part in every great deck, mostly because their effects are invaluable at every stage of the game. This expansion will need to bring a host of great cards at other mana costs for a deck using this effect to succeed.
On the bright side, the introduction of Lifesteal to Hearthstone means that healing will play a significant part in this expansion, so control decks will actually stand a chance this time around. A card like this needs time to be drawn, and until now, we haven't had that kind of time.
I've checked all Hero card pools in Standard, and it seems that Warlock is the only class that could possibly work w/o any 2-cost cards. I doubt it will be worth it though, as every control deck w/o 2-cost minions will prefer to run Doomsayer over this.
Zoolock is also out of the question as long as its stuck with the discard lamechanic, it needs 2 drops too much. Maybe once they rotate out this card could be played in zoo.

Mistcaller but worse
Problem is it only buff your deck so play a deck without 2 mana card just to buff +1/+1 is too risky, especially if this is last card in your deck
Too early to judge but seems really bad

its meta-defining for the concept of a new deck setup,
it wont be good, but it will be interesting.

A class like zoo can run Flame Imp, Voidwalker, Argent Squire, Dragon Egg, Possessed Villager,Firefly...That right there would probably be enough 1 drops to compensate without sacking card quality.
Honorable mentions.... Sir Finley Mrrgglton, Patches the Pirate, Southsea Deckhand, N'Zoth's First Mate....Maybe Pirate Warrior will give it a go.
Overall seems strongest in Zoolock.
Shadowstep, Shadowcaster, Brann Bronzebeard, infinite deck buff.
Actually pretty decent currently in Warlock, since all their 2-cost cards suck ass anyway. Hopefully, that will change tho.
edit: Also, do notice it says no 2 cost CARDS, so including spells and weapons, not just minions.

Cool, Priest finally has a 2-drop!
