You didn't learn from Mistcaller ? Having a card that has an impact on the board (Heal, charge, taunt, removal) is not the same as buffing cards in your deck.
If Mistcaller was 6/6 for 6 manas will see play in some decks, 4/4 for 6 manas and no impact on the board kill the card, this one is 2/2 for 2 manas, don't will see play in shaman because shaman have too many good cards in 2 manas slot but warlock and maybe druid can use this card.
Having only this card as a 2 drop means that 80% of the time, you'll just hero power and emote on turn 2, and we've seen with priest, it's pretty bad.
Seems pretty awful honestly, you would want to play this in some sort of aggressive zoo oriented deck, and most likely you would be giving up actually good 2 drops. +1/+1 for everything isn't that great of an effect really, we all saw this with The Mistcaller, and even though you can just substitute a 2 drop for two 1 drops, keep in mind +1/+1 isn't too impactful, especially when you can just play Crackling Razormaw.
Perhaps theres some niche slot for this card in a particular aggro deck lacking 2 drops (priest?????/?!?/!!?!??) but in almost every conceivable universe this is hot garbage
EDIT: Wait never mind this is complete garbage, it doesn't buff minions in your hand, I repeat this does not buff minions in your hand
you can try this on Paladin but it will take a lot of planning, in the 2 drop slot youa re only giving up the Hydrologist or the Grimestreet Outfitter, maybe you use that new chrging life steal card, i will for sure try this on grimestreet Warrior since this card is the legendary we'll unlock for free
The problem is that this card without the condition isn't "broken" or "absurd." It's "good enough, I guess, maybe." 2 mana 2/2 is a definitive tempo loss and - unlike Pyros - poor value as well. You may need to get as many as 2-3 buffed minions drawn before you've even made up for the 2 mana 2/2 you played; if topdecked late-game, it may never pull its weight. Compare it to Grimestreet Smuggler which was complete garbage in constructed; at least the Smuggler didn't make you wait to draw some random minion from your deck to give you a buff.
Quest Hunter potential maybe? I'm feeling off about this one. He's *almost* strictly a better The Mistcaller, but not running any 2-drops can really mess up most decks that want to curve, and the biggest problem is you have to draw to him and then play him before his effect does anything.
I could probably see aggro druid or an aggro rogue building this in if there are a couple of new 1 drops on the way. Tough to build around a one-of on turn 2 though.
For now the card is bad. The fact that the card is a battlecry and it only effects the cards in your deck makes its effect really weak. Suffers from the same problems as The Mistcaller except you can get the effect out earlier at the cost of a lot of good early game cards. Right now I don't see gaining +1/+1 being better than having quality 2 cost cards in any deck.
Does it have a lingering effect like The Caverns Below? In other words, if I add minions to the deck after I play this card, will those minions get the buff?
If it does, then this card has great sinergy with The Marsh Queen! Playing 4/3 raptors for 1 mana is pretty good. If the quest receives more support in this expansion, this could work.

It's an on-draw effect. Which means, the cards won't literally buff the cards from your deck, it will buff the card once you draw them (That's how the mechanic actually work, they might change it ?).

Makes sense. Then this card has some serious potential in Quest Hunter, not to mention Blizz pushing control on hunter again with the new hero card. HYPE!
This is a very strange card.
The bad part about the card is you cannot guarantee it will be in your opening hand, which if it is not you are completely boned.
Oh, it also doesn't buff minions in your hand for no reason.

400 dust Kappa.

Reno Jackson, this is not.

This card just isn't worth crippling your deck over. If you're Hunter, play Crackling Razormaw and forget this card exists. If you're Warrior, play Fiery War Axe. If you're Rogue, Eviscerate and Sap. Paladin, Hydrologist and Equality. Mage, Arcanologist and Frostbolt. Priest, Shadow Word: Pain and Radiant Elemental. Shaman, Devolve, Jade Claws, and Maelstrom Portal. Druid, Wild Growth, Power of the Wild, and/or Wrath. (Warlock has no essential 2 cost cards at this time, but Warlock isn't actually a class in the game until it gets some good cards. And for all we know some of those good cards might cost 2.)

Er, so what... you topdeck this guy? Unless there are other Keleseth guys this won't be good on its own.

ehh.... its a meme
Looks okay, I think it probably limits deck-building too much to see play.
But it makes me wonder what the other two princes will be.
Nope, you will not want to get it from a pack AGAIN, better keep it in your collection with Cho and Milhouse.
Zoolock is gonna have a field day.
if Rogue or someone can bounce it and play it multiple times it becomes pretty sick...
