This card has such high potential that, along with the other deathrattles out there, we'll be seeing Polymorph and silence effects make a strong comeback. Paladins don't even have to commit health buffs/divine shield to this if they want immediate payoff before it gets silenced. Just drop some Blessing of Might and Blessing of Wisdom on this and trade up for some huge value. Meanstreet Marshal and Runic Egg are also good companions for this kind of deck, returning value after being buffed.
It's only really good when you draw it, use two or more buffs on it, and then get those buffs back. Otherwise you'd be better off with Meanstreet Marshall. Seems a little optimistic to me.
pls don't rate this card from it's best/worst case outcome.... when you put all your buffs on 1 card vs mage/rogue/shaman/priest and than wonder why it gets hard countered via morph/silence/sap... sry but thats not how you play this card.
it is a great card and meta defining for the palaquest but don't ovedrcomit your buffs on one minion.... if you get 1-2 buffs back it was already worth playing
This. People are calling this dude weak to silence when silence is seeing no play. Stop being haters. This guy is a decent enabler for Pally's Quest.
This card definitely see play (at least in quest deck) because simple reason : no one want waste a removal on retard 2 drop like this . Remember paladin also have Tirion amd Galvadon which is win condition if you dont have any answer
Only solution here is silence but outside priest very rarely to see a deck run silence card
What is the effect if this gets stolen (Mind Control, Potion of Madness, Shadow Madness, Shadow Priest, Mind Control Tech, or Sylvanas (in Wild)) or copied (Faceless Manipulator)? Is the text the same as "Deathrattle : Put a copy of all spells played on this minion by its controller" and the stealer/copier gets all the Pally buffs? Or is this read literally, and the priest just gets their Mind Control back, but not a Dinosize along with it?
If and only if you got smugglers run back when you played this would I count this as good, BUT i highly doubt that is the case. If you get smugglers run back, this card is busted(since it becomes 2/3 deathrattle add smugglers run to your hand)
It's playable, I think, and I'm sure it'll be in a lot of deck lists trying to make Galvadon a thing, but I think secretly this is very bad. The reason why a lot buff spells aren't that great is because they put too many eggs in one basket. A 1/2 for 2 is horrible, we all know that. What's even more horrible? Running a 2 mana 1/2, then playing a buff on it (or two, or...?) and then having it get hit with HexPolymorph or just any Silence effect. That and even if you get the buffs back to hand, there's likely a huge tempo loss in replaying them.
I have him as playable but I think that's me more pinning it on people really trying to make him work, but I suspect he'll be more of a fringe playable card the way Djinni was.
Now this is value. Paladin quest might be possible after all.
It looks like silence is going to be much more important this expansion. Spell Breakers for everyone.

Guys, you don't buff this and then let it sit and wait to be silenced, play your buff and attack into something on the same turn to get your buff back

Seems ok, kinda sad it's a deathrattle, so silence is even more valuable against it than it would normally be.

Is it works with secrets?
