The base score is rating a card by itself, assuming there are no syngeries to help it.
The dynamic score listed when it shows up gets adjusted based on how many syngergies are available at the point you draft it. But it is possible you will NOT see any syngeries later in the draft, so a low base score is warranted - you can absolutely get screwed by the card.

How is it broken, exactly? The two best arena classes, Mage and Rogue, will have little trouble dealing with it.

Blizzard's pathetic lies about why they removed Sorry are laughable.
As are people that need to hide from emotes to spare their feelings.

It's good for delaying, not much else.

Hell of a card in arena.

Validated Doomsayer didn't work out, neither will this.

Great in arena. Won't appear elsewhere.

Doesn't work in the game as it is now, which is absolutely packed to the brim with aoe.

This is an extremely good card, and will be appearing in Warlock and other control decks.

It's better and worse than Moroes.

Random nonsense. No one uses Zerus, this will be just as useful. That is, not very useful.

This card has been in the game forever, no one uses it. No one will use this either.

Hell of a tech card, would find many uses. And it's not random thank god.
