At least you brought your matchmaking-rank down, maybe you win now more with meme-decks. If you try hard in casual, you only meet other try hard-decks.
It would be cool if one of the game-breaker streamers like Toast would try to see how many casual matches you have to lose before you get matched with Mr. Arcane Missiles to the Face Turn 1 (Goldshire Footman Turn 2). It seems like a lot through - a lot of us used casual to learn the game and complete quests when the ladder was too tough. In doing so you build up a healthy MMR that continues to haunt long after you play mostly ladder.
I play a much different version of this deck that has actually worked pretty well for me. I use tons of armor/removal to survive through my deck, rather than trying to draw it so quickly. If every f-ing game didn't go fatigue I'd play it more, but its too slow to play on ladder, even with a decent win rate.
If you want the list, start with Disguised Toast's version. I made a few changes from his.

Yeah ofc, casual is strict MMR, if you want as equal and as hard matches as humanly possible you'll go to casual. If you wanna play fun decks just go low ranked.
Unfortunately, I'm rank 5. So I guess there isn't anywhere to play fun decks.
I see top tier decks when I tool around in casual, but a lot less then standard. I think the deck is mostly your problem here. Any deck that spends that much resources on drawing isn’t going to go well.

You're gonna have a bad time.

2 hours 18 games... That was quick. Feels Bad
Well , what ppl expect? You only play draw draw draw draw into King Togwaggle who pulls bad minions.....
i tried, there are still meta decks in casual, every game face hunter or aggro paladin
Togwaggle doesn't pull minions. It swaps decks, it's combo'd with explore ungoro and skulking geist to destory the opponents deck

If those weren't the results, it wouldn't be a meme deck, afterall. ;)
