Didn't dust my wild cards so there is nothing to regret -I play standard and wild every month. My goal each month is to reach rank five and I shift between the formats in order to achieve that goal every month or two.
didn't dust, knew something like a stalemate would happen in both modes but with different decks so i kept the wild cards to bounce around standard and wild once one got too unbearable to play, i see a lot of regret posts tho,
I barely play any Wild ladder, aside from a particular season I hit Standard legend in the first half of the month then went to grind in Wild (reach final boss a bunch of times but still no legend in Wild). Even then, I don't dust any Wild card - quite the opposite: when I went to some Wild grind I got to craft some epics for Giant Hunter list.
I'd definitely regret if dusted any Wild card, specially cause I don't need to - at least for now. If you need to dust something to keep up with Standard do it wisely, you never know when Blizzard will give better support to Wild or simply a cool archetype shows up and you wanna try it - just how it happened to me towards Giant Hunter.

I never dusted my cards. I found that to be incredibly short sited. I happily play both ladders.
