There's a card in the game that gives a minion taunt and restores it to full health, and it costs 0.
...except having all 3 effects in 1 card is worth at least 1.5 mana. So it is a 7 mana worth card for 6 mana. It is definitely not as broken as Sprikeridge but it is a strong, perfectly costed card that might find it's own place due to the more aggressive nature of it
...And it's a Shaman card. You do realize classes are weighted and balanced differently due to their hero powers and minion synergies?
Okay. In that case, there's Coghammer. Paladin has a 2 mana weapon called Argent Lance which is only sometimes a 2/3. Coghammer is always a 2/3, gives a minion taunt and divine shield, and is only 1 more mana
.
It gave it to a random friendly minion... Literally there is a 1 mana card that gives divine shield and a 1 mana spare part spell that gives taunt for 1 mana and that's pretty much it for Paladin. Otherwise the other cards have similar but not actually the same effect so aren't actually comparable
There's a 1 mana spare part that freezes a minion and a 0 mana Mage spell that freezes any character. There's a 1 mana spare part that swaps attack and health, and a 0 mana Priest spell which does the same thing. There's a 1 mana spare part that returns a minion to your hand, and a 0 mana Rogue spell that returns a minion and makes it cost 2 less.
There are also direct upgrades for Whirling Blades, Armor Plating, and Finicky Cloakfield in the form of Blessing of Might, Power Word: Shield, and Conceal. Every spare part is overcosted, and that includes the taunt one. I already factored spare parts into my argument and found that they support it.
Dear lord, he's gone full mental. Wtf are you talking about? Those have nothing to do with Pharoah's Blessing. I picked the spells in Paladin that are the most applicable, you dunce. But hey, everyone else, take your card costing advice from the PlayBoy Pikachu who has a tenuous understanding of card games, card text, and it seems like reality in general.
Did I do something to you?
You killed my mother and raped my father. Revenge is finally mine! *runs of maniacally laughing then trips and hurts knee and cries*
I Paladin has only 1 reborn minion and it’s not very good tempo wise. I guess we are getting 1 more reborn paladin that’s a common, since all the other paladin rarities are revealed. I hope that it’s as good as walking fountain.
Bonemare gettin some sun
Turn 5 play egg, turn 6 play this maybe.
Probably really good in arena with that divine shield.
At least it's gonna make my Shirvallah, the Tiger cheaper.
Funny people are immediately pushing this to the wayside, considering the immediate comparison to this is Spikeridged Steed but arguably better/worse, without the deathrattle it certainly isn’t near as good of a star bomb but the divine shield and extra attack makes it a better immediate play, spikeridged saw a fair amount of play in even paladin and the few slower paladin decks that've existed and spikeridged was the god tier arena card for quite a while so I wouldn’t write this off immediately, of course it isn’t as good cause of the lack of dropping another 2/6 when it dies but it’ll probably see it’s way into slower paladin decks if they find a spot in the meta as a replacement
I’m no pro, but it looks ok. I see a small minion who was left up trading into a bigger minion with the aid of the divine shield, and then still defending your face.
Its almost like giving one of your minions a magnetized Zilliax, minus the lifesteal.
These types of cards are very versatile and very good, Blessing of Kings and Seal of Champions were played
Yawn
Meh, its "ok"
Has great synergy with Immortal Prelate if your opponent isn't running silence... apart from that? Arena card?
