5 Decks for Your Unpopular Rise of Shadows Legendaries
We've teamed up again with RegisKillbin to bring you five decks that shine a light on the forgotten legendary cards in Rise of Shadows! Regis is a consistent Legend level player and regular deck creator here on HearthPwn, and he has put together these lists (inspired by others in many cases) that will help if you're sitting on a card that isn't seeing any action at the moment, and just want to give it a whirl!
It should be noted that most unplayed legendaries often aren't being played for a reason, and that means these won't be decks that rocket you to legend, and may occasionally struggle. They merely represent the best way to play underrepresented cards right now, and are more intended for quest completion and casual experimentation than for serious ladder grinding.

The Boom Reaver Big Warrior [Bonus Deathwing & Boomship]
Have a Boom Reaver laying around and need to find a deck for it? Luckily Big Warrior is an archetype with some fringe potential, and The Boom Reaver is a core part of it. The goal is to stay alive long enough to eventually summon really big stuff and overwhelm your opponent with counter-pressure and value in the late-game. This list takes a more defensive approach with some big taunts, a Batterhead to clean up annoying boards of tokens, and a last-ditch Deathwing when things get desperate. It also retains plenty of value in the form of Dr. Boom, Mad Genius, Omega Assembly, and Dragon Roar.

Nozari Control Mech Paladin [Bonus Undatakah & Ashmore]
This deck (inspired by Roger's World Championship deck) uses Nozari as a late-game survival tool to give you enough time to generate infinite value with scary Da Undatakah plays. Assemble big mid-game mech to shut down your opponent's agression, recover with removal when necessary, and overwhelm late with raw deathrattle and resummon value.

Lucentbark Control Druid
Token Druid is certainly the big archetype on the block for the class right now, but there are some fairly refined Lucentbark decks out there winning games. This list borrows a large percentage of cards from the standard list I'm seeing out there, but I added in a couple specific tools to stall out early threats like Edwin VanCleef or Mountain Giants (Doomsayers & Keeper of the Grove). It's still not the most competitive deck, but it's super enjoyable to plop down a bunch of Lucentbarks and wall your opponent out of the game.

Betrug Handlock [Bonus Jaraxxus]
I often miss the glory days of Handlock, and this helps bring me back. It uses lots of early-game big minions to build defensive walls that shut out aggro, while relying on late-game removal and the big bad value bomb Jaraxxus to beat slower decks. You'll note there's no Plot Twist (anyone who knows me knows I hate it), so Betrug is more about a consistent and humble swing turn (and occasional high-rolls with Soularium) instead of swinging for the fences.

Lazul Greed Priest [Bonus Chameleos & Undatakah]
Priest is not particularly hospitable to raw value right now in the world of Rogue pressure and Dr. Boom shenanigans, so decks that rely on big swing boards like Nomi Priest and Resurrect Priest have reigned supreme for the class, leaving Madame Lazul on the sidelines. Trying to overcome that challenge, I'm assembled a greedy Control Priest that utilizes Madame Lazul and a handful of other "thief" style cards to generate lots of potential late-game value while still giving you tools to answer aggression. It's not the best deck I've ever made, but it's stupidly fun and can do some surprisingly cool things!

Oh, you don't have any deck for Nozari and you want to play it? Got your back bud, just go ahead and craft this 8 legendary wallet paladin deck.
Budget decks were last week post.
Tbh this is the fate for all legendaries, that are suited for combo/control lists. Those archtypes are ALWAYS expensive, so it's not Nozari's fault. I have never seen cheap control lists; that's why some people prefer competitive budget decks like zoo or mid-range hunter.
I don't think that was the point. It was just a deck that contained Nozari and a fringe deck at that. Something to try IF you have the cards.
Not instant craft deck.
Yeah, I get it, but I did make 10 budget decks to the best of my ability, sometimes you just gotta bite the bullet to make a deck work.
Here's my fix for the problem: Blizzard needs to make the game more affordable.
In all fairness if you play Paladin and play seriously at all you will have most of those legendary's already.
