Hearthstone Patch 5.0.0.13030

A new patch has hit Blizzards CDN for PC and Mac which contains bugfixes. Mobile updates are not yet ready.

Note: There were no string additions in this patch. Other sources stating there is have not correctly datamined the client.

Updates for June 1, 2016

  • Addressed an issue that could cause the game to freeze if you back out of deck creation after playing a Tavern Brawl.
  • Addressed an issue with Shifter Zerus transforming into a card that has a “Choose One” option.
  • Addressed a graphical issue with playing Evolve on a minion with Taunt or Divine Shield.
  • Chat bubbles have returned when typing to others on your friends list.
  • Redemption will no longer bring C’Thun back at it’s full, buffed health value.
  • Scaled Nightmare’s attack now properly doubles at the start of your turn after it gets reduced.

These updates are the Windows/Mac PC version of the game only. Updates for mobile devices will be released in the near future.

Amazon Coins Deals is Back

We previously erroneously stated the promotion was for 30% coins back. We were misinformed regarding the deal.
This deal requires installing the Amazon Underground App Store on your Android device. You could also use an Android Emulator on PC.
Deal is currently available to US Amazon account holders.

The infamous Amazon Coins deal is back which lets you get Hearthstone packs for big discounts when compared to the regular Hearthstone shop.

Three promotions are currently active that make this a super awesome deal:

  • Up to 25% Off Amazon Coins - A promotion going on currently where amazon coins are cheaper than normal.
  • 10% Coins Spent are Credited Back - A Hearthstone promotion is active which gives you coins spent back to your Amazon account.

To take advantage of the deal, first you buy coins, then you open up Hearthstone which was downloaded via the Amazon Underground appstore, and then you buy your packs in the in-game shop! Super simple!

Face is the Place - Card Design Competition Voting!
