Demon hunter is not fair in arena. I think it should not be allowed. Why is it so strong? The fact that it has very few class cards, therefore the pool of bad cards is very very dilluted? That is one factor, but the biggest factor is the hero power. Cost 1 deal 1 damage (which is what it does almost all of the time, since you have lifesteal and quite a lot of health to play with in exchange for insane tempo) is just too much to deal with from other classes. I feel bed for getting a 12-1 in arena with it, but it will be almost impossible to get 12 wins with another class, I feel. Anyway, to the decklist and rewards... (game 1 win vs mage was not recorded)
After playing Mage almost exclusively for last 2 weeks, I'd say 10 - drops are pretty much winmore. Yes, both Reno and Kalecgos are amazing cards. But the deck to beat is DH. If you live to turn 10, you are good, why would you need a 10 drop?
Who can afford to keep Blizzard in hand till turn 10? Unless you have just literally topdecked it, you probably had to use it already.
10-drops in Mage were used to combat Priest boards and Galakrond decks to some extent. But now DH is absolutely the most popular class in the game and Hunter seems to be competing for the 2nd spot lately. I wouldn't say Kalecgos is of any use in these match-ups.
That line of thought is a bit flawed. Sure, you may face a lot of DH, and against any very aggressive deck, 10-drops like kalecgos are usually useless. But if you don't have cards like Reno (hero) and Kalecgos against non-aggro opponents, or even against a mirror, your deck becomes really unfavored to win.
In my opinion, (and I am a rogue player), there is no need for DH nerfs. Win rate is high yes, but:
1) It is a new class, everybody are playing this class (so, data are strange)
2) It is not overpowered, it is good, if you use it in wild you will see that this class is not remotely broken as Mage, Warlock or Priest
In conclusion, it is fine in this way. After 2/3 weeks the win rate will be much lower due to class diversification.
For these reasons, your nerfs sucks.
In conclusion, you make no sense.
If the class was so balanced, people would counter it with much more ease, hence lower winrate. If almost everyone played it, the winrate would be lower because there would be more mirrors. Wild is not relevant due to standard being the official game mode.
3-3 run in arena (my current average thanks to DH), 3 demon hunters faced, 3 loses. I never got the option to pick DH too from 6 runs, but i always seem to face one. go figure. Arena is a joke now, save your gold.

It's really fucking stupid this happens so often. Has nothing to do with skill, and closes a game instantaneously.

Luna's was way too oppressive and highroll-y. Unfun mechanic, like Keleseth on 2.
