I keep switching back and forth between control and cube lock and struggling this season to get past any Spiteful Summoner priest. I feel like control lock cannot win due to it being too slow, and cube can only win if you can get a really quick combo. Anyone else struggling with this current meta? I try running control more, because it handles all the aggro decks a lot better, but I feel that cube lock does better against priest (not by much). Just wondering if anyone has any advice on what to watch out for and how to play around priest.
I am playing spell hunter right now and loving it. I'd say the dragon priest is probably better, but pretty straight forward play style. That was the problem with it two seasons ago. Was a great deck, but not too challenging. Spell hunter is pretty tricky, but very fun in my opinion.
From what I've played of it so far, it seems to be a mid tier deck. So much fun to play though. If you are looking for easy climb, then perhaps check out dragon priest or rogue, but this deck can definitely get you there as well. You definitely need to learn each deck list you are playing against and change whether you are gonna go face against a specific comp (Warlocks imo require you to drop them quickly before voidlord/gul'dan comes out), or if you need to play late game and watch out for aoe (warrior). I think this deck list will probably be modified slightly depending on current meta's, but overall it is a fun deck list.
Seelagy, good post. Having the same trouble against Locks. We cannot add any minions to the deck, and there doesn't seem to be a strong aoe solution to TWO voidlords.
I was wondering if you can explain how you use Elise in this deck. I play a similar deck, and whenever I get elise to trigger and get all legendary I usually lose. It's usually towards the end off the deck list, in a long control deck game. Whenever I use it, I lose all my spell cards so it's just trying to awkwardly play all these legendaries that don't synergize well. Just curious if you have a way of playing Elise. Is there a timing? Or, am I missing something with the card?
Nice deck... I'm getting use to it still. Do you feel that you struggle with card draws sometime without Acolyte? Also, do you ever feel like you need Harrison Jones?

I took one out. Personally, I feel the deck needs more secrets. So, I replaced with a potion of polymorph. Helps against late game meta. Locks/Priest.

What were his changes?

How has everyone been handling priest? I seem to be doing rather poorly against them, and at rank 9 it is 50% of my games... at least.

Point of spell hunter is to have no minions.

Snake trap is good. Build up board and combos well with animal companion.

How do you do against, C'thun druid... I seem to get crushed by them... They control the board w/ their bigger mobs

How are you doing against slow control decks like, Warrior or the new deathrattle control pally?
