That's a shit ton of tier 2 decks. Wait until some lists are fine-tuned until you declare this expansion figured out. Maybe you're just stuck in the wrong place on the ladder where you're only seeing paladin and spiteful decks, but I've seen plenty of these others lately.
There's also five Tier 3 decks with win percentages about 48%+ ... Taunt Druid, Midrange Hunter, Control Warlock, Rush Warrior, Odd Hunter.

One commendable thing about HS is that the casual matchmaking feels way better than those of other online CCGs: in HS the matchmaking seems to bring people closer to 50% WR whereas in other games you can play dozens of games and you will be less likely to win if you have a meme deck.

I watched the whole Blizzcon last year and it was an ok experience, definitely worth the 40 bucks I paid; the downside is that I had to stay up until 3-4am to watch as much as I could as it happened. Not 100% sure if the content is worth 50 bucks tho.

Correct (save for physical goodies ofc).

True tho; the deck is quite ok, I like the fact that I just opened a second Injured Blademaster and wanted to use him.
3
I don't have the second Shadow Visions so I just subbed in Zerek, Master Cloner because I have him and nowhere to use him
EDIT: Zerek is useless here, I added a Topsy Turvy

Good to see that Zola the Gorgon went from a safe-ish 400 dust to competition level.

If your matchups end up being streamed, I'll be rooting for you pal. Go Anatak89!
EDIT: even if they don't, I'll still be rooting for you, m8.

I like the new expansion!
Just a comment: Warrior's quest and Giant Rusher. Both benefit from playing Rush minions, but since both epics recruit minions, it may make sense to benefit from summoning the Rush minions rather than playing them and, considering that the Quest reward recruits Rush minions, it looks like the Warrior cards would be better in a midrange deck, where the Rush minions can contest the board unparalleled.

If I got to play with a couple of decks for 4-5 days and I liked them, I would totally invest resources (gold, maybe money) to try and make those decks I had fun with. 13 days after you are already looking at the tavern brawl from a meta perspective and realizing that they are all suboptimal decks.
