I'm going to OutOf.Cards. Though I might hang around here a little bit. Flux was the backbone of the community here. Its gonna be hard to fill those shoes. And removing him as a moderator was E.V.I.L. You don't trade Kobe.

posted a message on Token Druid is King - The Best Rise of Shadows Deck For Each Class

I am having fun playing Dragon Paladin, although its win-rate isn't very good :P I just like playing Nozari and Reno'ing back to 30 health.

posted a message on Highest Performing Rise of Shadows Decks

    Two take-aways.

Dragon Healadin is Awesome. I love pulling out my dragon heal for 30 when I'm down to like 5 health.

I played a Warrior who played 5 Omega Destroyers in a single game, all from card generators. The multiplier on that mech is ridiculous, and when he gets 2/3 Omega Destroyers from a single Omega ASsembly, omg....

posted a message on Stop the "pay-to-win" complaints

I’ve paid more than most, and still lose unless I grind my face off to the point I don’t want to play anymore. However new players aren’t given nearly enough to be able to get into and enjoy the game. I think new players should get one time 50 packs from each of last years expansions when they register so they can learn to enjoy the game. After that, they have to keep up on their own.

posted a message on Who else is Whizbanging?

So I think this keys on one of hearthstones greatest weaknesses. A win is a win regardless of quality. But damn do those quality wins feel so much better. A Whizbang win is worth at least 3 odd paladin wins in my book :) (Don't get me wrong, odd-paladin was fun for awhile, but after 6 months it got REALLY old) What I really like about whizbang is the fact that it you have 27 decks you are playing at the same time. The odds of getting the same one frequenty at all are very low, and the fact that they rotate each expansion is really fun.

But there is no doubt that Whizbang isn't a competitve phone at all!

posted a message on Who else is Whizbanging?

So since the release of the card "Whizbang is Wonderful" in boomsday, I've become more and more attracted to playing ranked with it. I'll have you know I've had 0 success achieving anything past rank 16 competitively with it, but I feel like I consistently have unique, fun, and different experiences with hearthstone, which has brought me back to doing my dailies and enjoying them.

I've found it ridiculously fun to randomly get, Mech Warrior, Bwansambi Priest, Armor Druid (believe it or not, I usually win with this one), Paladins that aren't odd paladin!

By far the best experience ever is to queue up against someone playing the tier 1 Hunter deck, Whizbang yourself into a Gonk Druid or something equally unheard of, and find away to win... My only complaint is that when you beat someone, your portrait doesn't explode and unveil Whizbang in his glory. (Come on Blizzard, this one was an obvious choice... the ultimate. "WELL PLAYED". Can that happen with the golden one? I'd craft it right now. I'd also love to see a card like whizbang that drastically reduces your ability to consistently win, but award you an extra star while laddering haha)

Lastly, the exposure to cards you would never craft for real, but would love to play a few rounds with, is incredibly satisfying.

Anyone else playing allot with this? Or am I alone in this camp?

    Bang away people!

posted a message on The worst way to nerf hunter?!?

I think nerfing eaglehorn bow to 2 mana should do the trick. Odd Secret Hunter won’t get that bow anymore and that should nerf that hunter deck really good.

I don’t think we need to nerf hunter :) meta hasn’t even settled

posted a message on Nerfs - The dust refund policy must be changed as it's not fair anymore

I disenchanted 14 copies of leeching poison and got a nice chunk of dust from the death of that deck, furthermore I had a blast playing kingsbane rogue for a solid two weeks which is totally worth the dust.

posted a message on I am out from this game until hunter nerf

    Bye!

I’m super happy with blizzards nerfs coming so quick. There are 3 viable decks on hunter. Spell, secret and death rattle and there are plenty of counters for good players.

And all the decks will be gone in 3 months, give it a couple weeks and we’ll have several new decks competing for space, it’s way too early to be saying things need nerfs

posted a message on Druid without even a tier 4 deck? Maly druid at 43% winrate?

I loved all the Druid decks and played taunt, maly, token, and mechathun Druid all at one point.

I’m glad they are all dead. It’s been the same thing for almost a year with Druid and it’s time to move on. Now the meta can flourish with something new and fun
