I don't think there's a general thread for beginners, so I'll answer a few of your questions here :
If you want to learn how to play the game, the best thing is to actually play, in Arena or in ranked mode. You'll get to know the cards better.
You can also watch streams or VODs of people like StrifeCro, SuperJJ, Firebat or Savjz for instance.
Don't worry to much about getting to Legend in the first few months, it takes a lot of time and a good collection (for most legend-viable decks) to get there.
Concerning your collection :
To build your collection, the best way is to reroll the 40 gold quests and / or the quests from classes you can't play.
The best way to spend gold depends from one person to another, a lot of people on this website will tell you that arena is the best way to get gold and packs but you need to know the game to perform there. I'd stick to ranked and buying packs from the shop while you're learning the game and move to arena later on.
7000 wins in 1 year might also be the reason OP is not that interested anymore. As pointed above, it represents something close to 3k hours, which is one third of a year (!)
Try and do something between two games, you'd get bored of anything at this rate.
Hey guys, what do you think about jade druid laddering in wild? is it strong enoughfor higher ranks?
I was having a good win rate with my Wild Jade Druid deck. It has the Sludge Belchers, and I took at break at Rank 11. I plan on grinding some more ranks this weekend, but it was pretty good over all.
I don't see a lot of aggro, but I am sure it has changed by now.
I don't really see the point of Sludge Belcher in Druid. Take the old combo druid or ramp druid for instance : the first one never ran it and the second at most one copy. If you want a T5 taunt I feel like Druid of the Claw is still more versatile, especially since you run Fandral Staghelm.
Ancient of War is pretty good too, in fact I feel like the only good additions to druid in Wild are Piloted Shredder and Dr. Boom, which the other classes have too, so no point in taking druid to wild, except for a ramp N'Zoth, the Corruptor deck maybe.
Edit : forgot about Egg Druid, which is legit in Wild.
If you have Alexstrasza and Leeroy Jenkins + Faceless Manipulator, you can still play Renolock. Alex is not as good as Jaraxxus in some match-ups but is still very good to enable the combo / heal yourself.
Didn't something like this happen a year or 2 ago which makes me once again ask the question
If card packs are "RANDOM" how can this be happening?????
Card packs being random just mean you have a drop % on every card type, they might have messed up with those percentages for tri-class cards. I don't see what you're trying to say exactly.
Region: EU / NA Usual Play Times: mostly evening / night GMT +1 Level of Experience: been playing a lot since Naxx is out Preferred Heroes: Mage and pally, but I play all the classes. I’m Looking For: Friends on NA, cause I mostly play on EU and have nobody to spectate / play with for the specific quests. Always nice to meet new people too. Tell us something about you: I'm a French player, loving wacky decks (doesn't mean I won't play the occasional game of midrange hunter or tempo mage) and combo decks, especially Malygos decks.

Without it you auto-lose to any aggressive deck so yeah, not much you can replace it with.
Maybe some other cheap taunt minion like Second-Rate Bruiser or Sen'jin Shieldmasta but you lose dragon synergy, that's very sub-optimal.

First 12 wins in MSOG, a well-curved rogue with no late game :
Kidnapper was MVP in at least three games, he does surprisingly well in arena.
Having two Dark Iron Skulker was also pretty good.

I think that card would be insane in egg druid but not really in ramp / jade / whatever druid.
With buffs like mark of the lotus you can play your hand turn one and be on 4 mana turn 2 while having a board.

"I bring life and hope"
Noooooo

You should really play Stranglethorn Tiger, it's one of the best cards to land your buffs and Menagerie Warden on.
I think you have too many spells too.
Mark of the Lotus and Power of the Wild aren't that good if you don't run either a lot of low-cost minions or Violet Teacher.

Wrathion is OK but you should definitely go for Raza the Chained if you can get one of these two.

And Reno mage is pretty decent too.

You first have to win three games with the goons classes to get packs, then the jade guys and finally the kabal.

Tested Inkmaster Solia a few games already, the combo with Flamestrike or Firelands Portal is insane, as expected.
I'd go for Reno mage but as someone said above, get Kazakus and try both Reno Mage and Reno Priest before going further into crafting things.
