I would replace the Arcane Tyrants and Rin and add another Dirty Rat (good for your Oakheart as well) at least one Stonehill and a Mortal Coil cause is really usefull for setup your Defiles.
Just IMHO, cause im not a pro, but worked really good for me last month ;)
I cant give you advice with your deck since I miss some of the new cards, but I reached Legend playing this deck last season and I would say that Medivh was MVP most of the time:
As I said before, try to stall as much as you can before playing your neathers or set up your defiles. Also try to maximize them pulling more stuff with your Dirty Rats after Turn 9.
Matchup vs Priest is tough, max you can do is trying to pull Raza or Velen of your Rats to avoid the OTK. Also try to put always some pressure on board with Dreadloards and other 4 attack minions you can discover through Stonehill Defenders. After Anduin go all in with Medivh, Neather (even on an empty board). Face s the place unless Priest of the Feast.
Matchup vs Exodia Mage is tough as well. Just wait until the right moment and try to pull Antonidas or Aprentice. Also, you shoud try to discover more Dirty Rats via Stonehill Defenders.
Against Druid, especially Big, try to stall as much as you can until turn 10. Then play your Rats and Nethers. If you already played Medivh the game is yours most of the time. If not just play second Neather into Concede.
Vs Agro Medivh is pretty much a dead card, but vs Tempo Rogue can be usefull doing this too. Try to set up a Doomsayer to avoid Turn 7 Bonemares and then play your Medivh. Whatever they play after that trying to recover the board, same as the control matchups and it will be an easy win.
Answering your p.s, 2 x Stonehill Defenders worked really well for me last season. Dont know if they are that necesary with the new taunts we are getting now tho. I would try to fit at least one for the reasons I told tou before.
Hope this simple tips can help you. (Sorry for my english tho)

Play Medivh as soon/whenever you can.
Stall the board as much as you can.
Play Neather.
Repeat or add more pressure with Siphons.

It would have been much easier to hit legend this season with you, my friend.

Another cool idea:
Druid: Deal 5 damage. Gain 5 armor. Summon a 5/5 Retarded. Draw 5 cards.
