It's a turn 2 priority kill card. Just because it does 'nothing' doesn't mean it it did....errr nothing. Anytime anyone sees it they are crapping themselves about power word shield on the next turn. If there is a better turn 2 for priest please point me at it.

Twitchy posted a message on Rufeng's #1 China Legend Pirate Rogue (27-1)Posted in: Rufeng's #1 China Legend Pirate Rogue (27-1)You're actually asking how to replace Patches...? Do you expect an answer to that question or do you already know deep inside that this little fucker can not be replaced in any way?

Twitchy posted a message on New Card Reveal: Blood-Queen Lana'thelPosted in: NewsThe whole discard mechanic just sucks to begin with... Every single time you play one of them you're just flipping a coin that has a good potential to win or lose the game based on which card you discard.
Seeing discard decks every other match would increase the already ridiculous amount of RNG in Hearthstone even more. Blizz please stop doing this.

RavenSunHP posted a message on Small-Time Buccaneer & Spirit Claws Are Being Nerfed, Ranked Changes IncomingPosted in: NewsRanked update is sweet. It's similar to a suggestion i have been making myself for a while.
As for nerfs, i hope they will be enough to make Shaman and Warrior a bit weaker, while maintaining Rogue's power intact - but i'm quite unconvinced.
I predict Shaman to stay at the top in its Jade/Midrange version, and even more so in Wild after rotation.

albinomidgetcorgi posted a message on Activision-Blizzard has gone too far with the Mega BundlePosted in: General DiscussionIt doesnt work to just fucking take one argument someone else has made and apply it to every fucking scenario. cynicalbiscuit was arguing for games in general, which only slightly translates to hearthstone. We already know how hearthstone plays. We know its full of bugs. We know its a pretty full game that we enjoy playing. we know that one expansion won't ruin it (unless blizz fucks up hugely) We know that we want to preorder this game, as we have been playing this game, will keep playing it and are okay with spending money on it. The argument for not preordering games is pretty solid, just look at no man's sky, which i'm told is actually kinda decentish after all the updates, but at the time of release it was shit. everyone who had preordered had only seen the trailers, only seen what was promised, but we have actually played. we, as a community, have played hearthstone for years, and we know what we're getting. we can make pretty good guesses about how the meta will play out, and we can get excited about cards that we want to play. its not like a random game that's being made by some indie company that is making their first game and no one knows what to expect but are hoping for a good game. preordering hearthstone makes fucking sense, and i can't repeat this enough.

First time I saw Divine Hymn I was shocked that Blizzard was creating a card called "Divine Hymen"

Its true, its a shame there is no mode just for meme decks. It seems tricky to come up a system that would work though, which I guess is why it hasn't been done. I would have thought it would get better with the introduction of rank ceilings, but maybe it hasn't. Maybe you have a good idea?
Casual is used by people to complete quests and test decks as well as play meme decks. I don't see why you need to call people assholes because they don't want the same thing as you. Seems like you are being a little hypocritical when you're accusing other people of having bad attitudes.

The article isn't presented as an exhaustive list of meta decks or the top meta decks. Its just a hand picked list that the author thinks might interest people and help them climb. Nothing shocking.

But you can spare a few of your precious moments to put down people that are making free content for the community. If you don't like it, don't watch it. Move on. You don't have to visit this thread every week to insult people that are putting themselves out there and making a show that a lot of other people enjoy.

This is one of the least aggressive metas I've ever seen in 3 years playing HS. If you're not happy now you never will be.

You don't get Rank 1 Legend with a weak deck.

I agree with a report button for people who Friend Request just to throw verbal abuse at you. Because this happens so frequently I just never accept a request which is a shame as I'd love to be able to discuss interesting matches with opponents. But its just too risky.
I totally disagree with your sentiment though. Roping is a completely fine and acceptable way of playing. Aggro decks often require far more thought in the first few turns to calculate optimal plays, often requiring processing multiple lines of play. Control in early game is often much more straightforward with fewer options.
Frankly I'm far more concerned with your abusive language and anger at aggro players. Regardless of what your opponent is using his turn time for (which isn't very long!) it really doesn't warrant such an extreme reaction.
