Since the DKs have rotated out, let's reflect on the ones we hated, loved, and were dissapointed by the most.
Loved: Thrall, Deathseer I love the evolve mechanic and Thrall rewards keeping a board alive and the RNG is fun rather than frustrating.
Hated:Frost Lich JainaBasically just a way for Mages to win control matches through constant lifesteal and the hero power made having a board with any low health minions a serious detriment.
Dissapointed: Scourgelord GarroshThe hero power is basically a whirlwind for 2 mana and although the weapon was decent in some matches it is simply not enough for warrior to seriously have staying power.
I'd rather play against an aggro deck that I contest the board against rather than face another OTK that I can't interact with because I'm not playing hard control counters that would get murdered by any aggro or midrange anyways. No thanks
In all honesty, I don't have a problem with bomb warrior at the moment. It is true that it can push an insane amount of pressure both into your deck and onto the board with Dr. Boom, Mad Genius and his rush synergy with mechs, however, more and more players are getting into the habit of playing tempo rogue and token druid both of which can quite rapidly outrace Warriors before Boom can be played. The only problems I see with warrior are some of the removal options that it has. Specifically Brawl and Supercollider both of which can both limit the amount of minions that you can play which is a serious turn-off for a lot of bigger control decks since the warrior punishes wide boards and big minions quite effectively. So there is a legitimate argument to be made that warrior is the strongest control deck currently in the game in general ( not bomb warrior but the variant that goes for a more board centric approach with rush minions or the pure control deck)
People are seriously sleeping on this card. You can use Whispering Woods and Soul of the Forest, trade into the opponent's board or survive a board clear, then play this card and have a HUGE tempo swing.

I haven't spent a dime on the classic packs so I'm all for giving all the cards out for free.

Oh my god how could I have forgotten about Kingsbane

It is kinda sad that mage had to rely on Frost Lich Jaina for sustainability

Supercollider is the most cancerous weapon ever added to this game. Change my mind.

Quest Hunter completion in a single card? How convenient!

Steel Rager FTW

If this thing can tank a board clear ( I'm not sure if that's how it'll work) then it could actually be decent in a midrange deck.
