posted a message on Witchwood to hard?

This was overall much easier. Bosses are more in curve and their hero powers are generally less insane. AI is really bad at handling First Aid Kit not to mention two of them.

I really enjoyed this way more than the Lich King's challenge.

For whatever reason especially Rogue was hardest class to beat the dungeon with.

posted a message on Naga Sea Witch: is it too good now?

Considering they keep changing code of various mechanics etc, it wouldn't surprise me that they didn't notice.

That said, Blizzard doesn't take action unless card is deemed "broken."

This is one of those cards I somehow didn't realize that were meant to combo. Somehow I took it as bad value card that takes two additional slots as penalty for minions you might buff.

That said, this card is actually ridiculously good. Your opponent wants to clear out those frozen champions before they become water elementals. I like that mage class is actually viable as minion focused one too.

So yeah, while combo reliant, it's quite good.

Actually decks that are heavily combo reliant or has a key card to make deck even work well, this might be good. However, it's very minor chance that it cripples decks that are deemed competitive.

This is actually a different thing than Fel Reaver, because you wouldn't put it on a deck that require certain cards to work and risk discarding them.

Still that minor chance to ruin your opponent's combo by removing key card is not really all that good compared to many better cards you could put on 2-mana slot.

This card can work as a good taunt minion. Combos that require two or more other cards are just way too expensive to make this card competitive, unless it's part of wiping the board or something.

Now if the loop doesn't stop and you get stuck to match. Then it's a clear design problem.

posted a message on Has anyone beat Lady DeathWhisper yet?

I used my variation of Wild Taunt deck. The Dragon didn't make it due AOE damage.

There are very easy ways to cheese the fight if you have plenty of cards. Just make priest deck with heavy healing focus.

Unless I'm mistaken, this is not a bug. Yeah it's a cheap way to beat the boss but that's why they changed Dreadsteed.

I think tutorial is just imprecise in its wording to make it easier for new players to grasp. Cards like Tracking has proved years ago that deck order is there.

posted a message on POLL - Which class would you remove to add DK class?

My vote goes to Rexxar aka the hunter class. He used to be great class with his trap focus and stuff like that, but now could use some buffs, especially when it comes to traps. Less encourage to be a class for new players and more of tactical use of trap cards.

posted a message on The Rogue Quest, The Caverns Below, is OP. Nerf it already.

I could see some card designer working at Blizzard think that the Caverns Below card was well balanced.

The quest reward costs five mana to play. Thus opponent should have cards that are strong enough to combat that. Well, it doesn't really work like that. It allows you to overwhelm your opponent while having a second spam wave in a case the first gets cleared.

posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition - Season 5 Feedback

I'm not sure about the scoring system. Some people skimp the submissions so it's better position to be either first or last in any submission page. Making submission a meme can literally be auto-win.

Regarding deleting rule breaking stuff. You could include some kind of automatic detection system but that would likely cause problems. Does the post contain an image when submitted?

Maybe meme cards shouldn't be allowed.
