Quite stupid for constructed obviously, but - this card will be a goddamn nightmare in arena... can you afford to play around this?!
Not really, and if you don't it will wreck you, everybody will draft this.
The swing is WAY too big.

Y'know if you just admitted it was so you could launch in China to shut up the shareholders we would at least respect you guys but this is 100% external forces IE China.

I haven't been very active on hearthpwn lately, but I still logged in regularly and I am sad to see it go. Looks like I'm not gonna finish my long term goal on this site.
I feel you :(

I was really excited to play this new game mode but I was really let down. The game mode is just a dungeon run 2.0 with very little innovation.
The money/gold requirement to buy the whole thing is not worth at all, it's essentially a dungeon run but with the cash grab.
I hope Blizzard will never do another adventure like this cause it sucks so hard, first we had the adventures but we got all the cards and it was actually great, then they made adventures free but without cards and I accepted it. Now you have to pay too to play this shit mode...
Instead of increasing the playable game modes they have been essentially spamming the same mode for the last 3 expansions or so and now behind a "paywall" too. A really bad mode imo.

why do you embed twitch streams? I'm considering not reading articles because those streams kill my bandwidth..

HS: Magic please let me copy your sibeboard!
Magic: Phhh...ok here, but make it look different

I mean it's cool and all but that doesn't do anything to improve the actual game. That's just for tournaments which not even 0,01% of the player base will participate.
I expected a new type of ladder format, I am disappointed.

unless you're an arena player, there is literally no point in playing hearthstone anymore.
single player is boring... and ladder is even more boring. like, why would you play ladder? there is literally no incentive to do so for the casual player. legend rank means nothing since you play against the same decks anyways.
yes the community is great, but in a certain way to a fault. HS players will always come back. even if blizzard doesn't care about making the game good. and blizzard knows that, so..
i have fun playing arena. but besides that, Hearthstone is boring af.

A gamemode where random sets rotate each month to keep the game more interesting to play with a constantly changing meta and new combos.

The job was only 2/3 done tho. Where is the live Arena board?
Click on the buttons to change the PopCard background.
Click on the button to hide or unhide popcard elements.

There is no way it keeps attacking with 0 health.
Still a pretty good boardclear, most of the time it will nuke everything and survive.

This exactly. It is ridiculous they say they "just brought everything to our standard". No one ever complained about those artworks and they were totally fine, and no sane person would allocate resources to change something for no financial reason

Let's be real, outof.cards by Flux is the better site anyways. Loads significantly faster while also looking better.
Sorry for the buyer tho, you probably didn't make a good deal with the mess Curse left behind.

Just Curse being a curse. First they forced the Twitch account login, and now they just shut the by far biggest and best hearthstone community completely.
Thumbs up to hearthpwn staff for their work, and a certain other finger to Curse.

Scheme is single target

If you have it, run that legendary shark. It eats the minion's original stats, not 1/1, so it is a bigger body just by itself that also draws a card when it dies. Pretty good.
Oh yeah, and where is Edwin in this deck?

Indeed. Which currently is a low rank with legend card back, because I found ways to have more fun in my free time than stupidly grinding every season. In doubt of my game understanding, you might want to check out my signature.

It certainly was and still is. Before they introduced duplicate protection, the game was incrediby generous with the rewards from Constructed Event. At that rate, hardcore players could have easily gotten a full playset over time, without paying anything. Sadly they nerfed the rewards when they added the much requested duplicate protection, but it still is much more generous than HS. You already get lots of cards to start with, 3 weekly packs, and if you play just 4 wins per day, you can open another pack daily. Keep in mind though that MTG has a huge cardpool.

Discover was fine.

Given that Dean Ayala even asks on twitter how to get back people how quit / play less, I think it is pretty safe to assume that the game indeed loses ground quickly. Whereas MTGA rises, and I also moved from playing lots of arena in HS to just doing dailies, if even, while playing much more MTGA.
The game is just too expensive and sorry, but MTG is just the better game. Where HS basically plays in autopilot mode (ANY deck does, only arena is somewhat challenging), MTG allows more complex interactions and is just more fun once you get into it.
