Here. Bored since WotG. 10k wins in constructed as of now.
The thing is, at a certain point you just reach the relatively low skill cap in hearthstone. You know all the archetypes, you usually know ~26+/30 cards in your opponents deck the second they played one or two cards, and you don't misplay at all if you actually focus on the game, as you know your deck inside out.
When a new expansion hits, constructed is a bit fun for a few weeks, but I consider myself experience enough to understand any new archetype really fast, so it is a matter of 5-10 games till you mastered that aswell, and from that point it gets more and more boring.
For some time I experimented with creating new archetypes, but I found that this is much, much harder than it was in the earlier days. I have great memories about a successful aggro warrior deck I built all by myself, back in the days where the only meta-known way to play warrior was control (I know, that is loooong ago. Around GvG/BRM iirc), but unusual stuff like that just doesn't work out nowadays, where the meta is full of way too powerful combos.
Anyway, arena is still great fun. Matches always are different, you have no idea what's in your opponent's deck, and playing well under these conditions translates to a much higher skill cap, so you actually get rewarded for playing good, with a winrate that would be impossible in constructed. I've had countless games where I knew that I won only because of smart plays, despite my opponent having the better deck and draw. Can't remember when I last had such fun in constructed.
I dopped Millhouse and golden Hogger from the 10-packs so pretty pleased considering it was only 6-packs ago that I dropped my last legendary. I felt like the PT had reset - either that or I just got really lucky.
Dude, a pity timer reset would actually decrease the odds of getting another legendary soon, so what you say does not make any sense at all...
None at all. I play whatever I feel like, which ends up to be arena most of time. I usually do dailies on ladder, and sometimes I am motivated enough to play to rank 5, but thats not something that happens every month. Got my legend cardback, so why bother playing against the same few decks hundreds of times. Also got all golden heros for a year or two, so there is absolutey nothing that keeps me grinding.
Arena is fun, you can maintain much higher winrates due to higher skill cap, rewards are better. I'm actually looking forward to a Top 100 placement in next months arena leaderboard EU, got some really nice averages lately.
I also think it is safe to assume that you can't get duplicates. I'm not opening any classic packs till then, as there only is one dragon I don't have and it would REALLY suck to open that one before :D

Two 3/2 at turn 4 are actually pretty scary in an aggressive deck. Will be played in token druid.

I don't think this will work, losing 3 crystals is too much of a disadvantage.
Still I kinda hope that this is one of those famous quotes before release were something is said to be utter trash but turns out to be pretty good :D

So is there any kind of confirmation that the legendary dragon does consider your collection and it thus is not possible to get a duplicate?
As far as I remember, they only ever said that this is the case when opening packs

New Classic Warlock spell? What did I miss? Classic getting new cards?
