Rastakhan's Rumble Run - A Hearthstone Single Player Experience
Rumble run is single player content in Hearthstone. It was added during the Rastakhan's Rumble expansion which released in December 2018.
- You start off each run a troll named Rikkar. You do not yet have an affiliation with a team (class).
- You choose your team by picking a shrine from a random selection of three.
- As you play through the mode and defeat the other teams, you will increase the size and power of yourself and deck.
- Successfully completing a Rumble Run will reward you with a special card back.

Rumble Run Class Information
Click on any of the images below to go to our dedicated pages for each of the classes featured in Rumble Run. You'll get to see an overview everything that class has to offer including shrines, decks, teammates, and card bundles.
Rumble Run Bosses
Each class is represented by a champion in Rumble Run. You, as Rikkar, must defeat all the enemy champions of other classes in order to be victorious. They all have normal hero powers for their classes so we have decided to not list them here.
- Their health increases the deeper in to your run they are - only the first boss you encounter will have 10 health!
- These heroes are all found in the collectible Rastakhan's Rumble set as legendary cards.

Yup, but starting whole rant, for one pack (even if blizzard already provided us with 7 packs which they give us every single expansion) is much better? I am sorry, but 50% of the hearthstone players are whining as someone should give them something for free, after the release of absolutely free single player content. They gave you whole mode for free and this is not enough?
And what this player wanted? Golden loa, because he completed single player content? Are we talking for receiving golden legendary for the fact, that he succeed to do a 40 minute run? It would be good, but it never worked that way.
I never wanted a golden playable loa i ment the shrines sry if i didnt make myself clear
did it with jan'alai Mage
The adventure is really enjoyable and addicting, the reward is pretty disappointing
thought i have to play(win) more than just 1 run to get the cardback, won at my first try with the dmg yourself to dmg the enemy shrine
Same here mate, was so underwhelming... At least give out more rewards or smth... :(
Unbeatable
Most dissapointing and LAZY single player content ever.
I would like to get some small sense of achievement if i play through with more then 1 loa. At least track with which loa i went 8/8. For example give us a golden loa once you clear a run with it. Feels bad to play for hours and get nothing for it.
Probably you are not more than 16 years old, but back in time we played single player games, because you like the game. No one gave you any other rewards. And there wasn't even achievements in games. And yes, we pay for the games in order to play them. The biggest rewards from games is the fun which you receive for playing them (oh wait, this is the purpose of games). If you don't like it, don't play it. Find yourself another content to do or other game to play.
I agree with you on not starting a rant; however, in defense of he person against whom he was ranting, Hearthstone itself used to give you extra rewards for playing single player: Naxx, BRM, Etc; moreover, the games from back in the day were... A bit more fun. The single player mode isn't too bad, but, in terms of what it used to be... Not really; it is a condenced version of it's former self, ovewhich you have no real control, you're forced to pick from whatever assortment of cards they want to give you.
That being said, not trying to degrade anyone, just pointing out the obvious :).
Well oc we play games for fun but still getting some kind of reward gives it more purpose. E.g. The Achievement Systems in Many other games makes them more fun for some people. Others like you maybe dont care about it. I am not asking for free packs i have no problem buying them with money (im far older than 16) but i still i think it would be great to get lets say a golden Frame for every class you win with or a golden loa card if you finish a run with it. This is easy to implement for blizzard and doesnt hurt them financially like free packs would and makes their content more replayable for the people who enjoy a purpose other then just playing just for fun. Even a time run would be a possibility for the more competitive oriented playerbase. I still enjoy the rumble very much as i did with all the PVE content but i still think the replayability is not that good as it was with monster hunt or dungeon run. Just the cardback but only for people who won with all classes would be better then how it is now.
Alright this is just unfair... triple keleseth battlecry on turn 2? How am I even supposed to deal with that...
I don't know, man. I started playing the game when it came out and I remember the original adventures; I've beaten them all--from Naxx up---however, it's a shame the direction in which they've taken solo adventures: if you stop and think about it, you beat the bosses in normal mode, you get card loots, some amazing ones, actually; moreover, you beat the bosses in heroic mode, you got a card back.. This was a god set up, all around; you charge per wing, $x.xx, I don't remember how much they cost, and you give the option to but with gold, I bought them all via the latter.
I don't necessarily mind the change in play style--per se--true, it's a pain in the ass to have to complete the entire run in one go; however, if the rewards were more--let's say--advantageous, it would actually make the earning of the rewards--not only--more worthwhile, but more satisfying. It's not even just the rewards--or the lack thereof--it's more the fact that the original adventures had some form of a fresh feelimg--from one to the next--they were the same; however, the particular bosses made them--at least--feel original and exciting, but... These adventure all feel so trite and played out.
when compared with the previous PVE, turned out to be quite easy. it is a pity there are no rewards in the form of packs or cards. :FeelsBadman:
Turns out double Shirvallah's Vengeance with 4X crystallizer and a bunch of other self harm cards/weapons is preeeeetty good....ez 1st attempt clear. Zentimo cast volcano while I had Gloryseeker up and nearly killed himself or else he probably would have been the closest thing to a challenge with his triple battlecries
Not a big fan of the “choose your shrine out of 3” and would have loved an “old approach” (clear with all classes) on that but this solo content for now is a lot of fun and I see why they did it differently.
Some overpowered stuff but I remember The Lich King fights so it’ok for me.
Can be frustrating like every PvE content, in every other game.
I, too, lick my eyeballs
I felt like my 1st run was waaaay too easy and undertuned. Or i got lucky? I picked paladin shrine + draw cards til hand is full everytime shrine dies. There was not a single boss that threatened my hp lol. Even the last boss Voone was top decking cards early in the match and had 0 card draw. Is this solo adventure just too easy or i got lucky?
You got insanely lucky mate, when I played against Voone I played against 3 times Prince Keleseth and 3 times The Mistcaller. I don't think I ever faced 12-11 Fire Elemental one after another.
