For me, Paladin/Hunter/Mage/Druid seem to benefit from going first. Shaman/Warlock/Rogue benefit from coin. Rest doesn't really matter much.
Might have to do with how accessible 1-drops are, and the feasibility of high-curve decks. Maybe card draw is important, but that doesn't explain Warlock.
The minds behind the Lightforge predicted that going second will be much, much less of a disadvantage in this meta, and may even be a boon to more response oriented decks. Bears watching.

on the largest scale going second is a disadvantage, you don't have enough of a sample size.
It's just luck of the draw....As more and more Arena runs pass this won't be the case.
