Played 64 games in this season with taunt warrior, went 42-22. I could've done better, lost 4-5 games 'cause I'm dumb. The only decks that I struggled against are pirate warriors (2-5) and rogues (9-7 i know it's positive but you require a bit of luck). Other decks are pretty easy to play against, even if you make some mistakes. I have not encountered a single quest shaman, sadly, because i want to see how the deck performs against them. If you want the list i can post it. Anyway, if you want to counter taunt warrior, play miracle rogue or pirate warrior, that's my advice.
I haven't lost yet as quest priest to taunt warrior.
What's your decklist? The only time I won was when I my N'zoth got all the "Draw from your opponent's deck" and I used his deck to win after he brawled me xD
They usually run a Brawl and will save it specifically for your N'zoth play. I don't think quest priest really has a good way to come back from that.
What does it for me is having two Devilsaur Egg and one Twilight Summoner. Since the game tends to go fairly slowly I frequently am able to use Shadow Visions to discover the Un'goro pack from Elise. It should be noted that I've probably had that match-up only 6 times but I've won each of them.
Zoo with the new egg and that guy that destroys ur own minions and adapt twice is super strong... from lvl 18 to 10 without a lose yesterday. Easy shit, really.
I have the same question... Climbed to rank 1 today and than dropped back down to low rank 3 due to an absurd amount of Taunt Warriors... They're at least 50% of what I'm playing against... That's being modest I've played against 4 or 5 in a row too many times to count just today... Even lost to my brother at rank 2 who was playing taunt warrior...
Handbuff Paladin makes for the most fun matchups against taunt warrior. You just have to relax in the early game, and bait out the two brawls. Super easy and a ton of fun to play too..as long as you don't run into silence priest or elemental shaman. I hateFlametongue Totem so much.
I dunno. I have a good win percentage against them with garden rogue, but it feels like I'm outsmarting my opponents by baiting removal and AOE rather than the deck curb stopping warrior. Even still, Sherazin, Sap, and Vilespine are ridiculously powerful in the matchup and the giants version can probably pressure well enough to win easy.
I'm doing pretty good against them with my N'Zoth Quest Priest. Brawl is not that much of an issue thanks to the MVP Cairne Bloodhoof, and other deathrattles give me enough stuff to rebuild board, i never lose even if they brawl after my N'Zoth. Hero power not enough to deal with the board especially with stealing cards and taunts i get from their deck.

This does pretty well
Good luck!
Stay thirsty my friends
I am using this Midrange Paladin and it works pretty well against taunt warrior
Sure, here's the deck.
"Why, you never expected justice from a company, did you? They have neither a soul to lose nor a body to kick." -- Lady Saba Holland
Man, I havent lost to this deck, played like 20-30 games against it, easy shit to defeat. I play quest priest, zoo and handlock...easy

The new poisonous minions help a lot but you need to have them in play quite early if you are playing aggro.
Not Hunter. Pretty sure I have a 0% win rate against taunt warriors (currently at rank 10).
Forgive me, friend. I have failed.

Jade druid. I have like 100% winrate. 1 mana 15/15 > 2 mana 8 dmg. Y do 8 dmg to a random target when you can do 15 to the face?

Traditional midrange hunter or shaman, or paladin because hero power can win agains rag balls
Midrange Hunter is your best bet, i have a terrible win rate against them.
I play it quite often and i lose the most to Hunter, Quest rogue and pirate warrior.

Easy N'zoth Quest Priest
I've been playing this deck and it controls enough and is aggressive enough to really mess with taunt warrior!
