Mechrattle hunter may be the real deal. I was wrong on a few things.
I was oddly succesful with it as well. Oblivitron seems to suck, but Nine Lives carries a lot. It's strength is that it goes from 0 to 100 out of nowhere and it is hard to anticipate when that will happen.
Anyway, I started with the aggro decks. Secret paladin was meh, mech token druid was meh.
Then I played bomb warrior in a control en tempo variety. Control wasn't too great, tempo was good.
Continued with pirate burgle rogue. It felt really powerful but I got unlucky a lot.
Then I played silence priest, which was INSANE until I encountered a pure control warrior.
Closed with handlock, which I played for quite a bit. Had to tinker a lot because nobody else seemed to be playing it. This is the list I ended up with:
PRetty sure Bomb Warrior is just a fad, probably won't be too oppressive in the long run. If it does, there's a lot of ways to nerf it anyways, so I don't see a problem.
I also have changed my mind about Plot Twist after seeing it run with Betrug, Hakkar and Rafaam. Not consistent, but any inevitable win condition is strong (+ it counters bombs somewhat, so that's a plus)

Is barista worth crafting ? I understand the combo with omega agent but overall how did the card perform ?

I crafted it for control warrior and it performs well, additional devastators or bombs/dr.boom is really cool endgame fuel. Warlock combo with omega surely strong, also it should be strong in zoo.

For this deck? Vital. Especially against other control decks. However, I am not claiming that this will be a top tier deck. I combo her pretty much only with omega agents, but you can also combine her with the heal cards.
Play against secret paladin: Lose. Turn 1 secret, turn 2 a 3 4, then the weapon and then more secrets. Turn 8 your dead.
Play against bomb warrior: Lose. By turn 5 4 bombs shuffled in your deck. If your lucky this bitch can play augmented elekk to double the count. So you wont even have to bear trying to win! Turn 8 your dead.
Play against priest: Wow...Im actually win-ANDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD he just played resurrect which made 2 vargoths and now hes playing other resurrect spells. Lose. Turn 8 you concede. Also by turn 5 theres two 5 6 attacks waiting to attack you thanks to the new silence and copy spell.
Play against rogue: Lose. Either get milled to oblivion or get fucked by that infinite togwaggle combo.
Play against Druid: Lose. Fucker plays 2 gloomstags at one turn. 4 4 4's for 8 mana. And the heal and spell combo bam.
Opened 8 packs. Got Archivist as only legendary. Everyone said it was amazing. I said it was shit, the moment I saw it. And SURPRISE EVERYONEEEEEEEEEE. Its shit.
But I do like the new portal plot twist combo. The only way I can actually get wins with warlock.
I agree with everyone. What a ''fun'' expansion guys!
My first impressions are that Tempo Rogue with Togwaggle is awesome. Pretty fun to play, almost never runs out of steam. The lackeys might not work for other classes, but for Rogue I think they just might be the thing that will move that class forward. And I thought that without Vilespine, Rogue will struggle, but there are two new removal tools that come very handy - Vendetta and Unidentified contract. The last feels almost the same as Vilespine if not better. As for Vendetta, you just need to keep one card from another class. In my deck I run two Blink Foxes and two Henchclan burglars. Good deck so far.
As for warrior... the hype around it is real, but I think in a week or so, it will struggle so for now I resist crafting it.
Silence priest I think is not what most people thought it would be. Just lacks card draw and runs out of steam often.
Mage is weak for me. Without Baku support it will struggle in this expansion.
Shaman is ok. The same thing about the card draw as for Priest. If you hit the right minions in the mulligan, you win, otherwise you often lose.
I haven't tried or played against Paladin yet, so I cannot say anything about it.
Warlock struggles for now. May be some Zoo deck will hit the meta soon. I tried some things with it, but without any kind of success.
Token druid is strong, but also lacks card draw.
Midrange hunter is still strong, but I think it will not be meta.
Mecha'thun druid feels weirdly better than ever. The draw engines are still crazy strong and I don't miss the insane armor generation because Stalladris provides an incredible survival tool that lets you fit in more board control tools .the only tricky part can be getting florist down cleanly in certain matchups.
I'm not having great success with tempo/burn Mage yet, but one interaction I kind of like is Mana Reservoir into Faceless Rager. It's awfully tough to remove a 6 health minion on turn 2 or 3 so usually it gets ignored and you drop a 5/6 on the following turn. Then they have to deal with that, and you're sitting on a +1 spellpower minion that hangs around and buffs your spells!
I tried some Silence Priest over lunch and went 2-4. You can steal some games, but I got matched with the a Boom Warrior and a Control Shaman, both had the answers they needed. I also lost to a Burn Mage who Mirrored my Arcane Watcher AND had a spell damage minion in hand. Ugh. I also lost to a really interesting looking Resto Druid with Beast synergy. I'm going to look for something similar.
Whizbang the Wonderful seems great so far, especially since nearly all decks I face seem to have no weapon removal or silence cards. Very good fun to play, on a roll from rank 18 up to rank 12 now.
Secret Paladin sucks. If you don't hit a perfect curve you are out of gas by turn 4-5.
Brawl laughs at your secrets.
It's very disappointing. Maybe there is a way to construct a mid-range version that will work. I salute the first player to do it.
Dragon Paladin - tier 3, at best. Sad. I really wanted this to be good. Again, I tip my hat to a player who finds a way to make the deck really competitive.
Warriors/Rogues everywhere, I agree.
So I am playing Murloc Shaman, which is fine, but just typical aggro nonsense. I feel kind of disgusted with myself.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
Ladder FeelsGoodMan
And new arena is great!
Played Thief Rogue, Secret Paladin, MR Hunter so far.
Secret Paladin is the major disappointment of this meta for me. Even with card draw it is just not enough.
Thief Rogue is highly inconsistent, very good against Bomb Warrior and Mage decks, horrible against everything else
MR Hunter is THE anti face deck, loved it so far, very good against Rush Warrior but so useless against Bomb Warrior
I crafted it for control warrior and it performs well, additional devastators or bombs/dr.boom is really cool endgame fuel. Warlock combo with omega surely strong, also it should be strong in zoo.
Ress Priest looks pretty good to me so far.
Secret Paly isn't terrible but overrated, it runs out of steam too fast.
Im interested in playing Maly Hunter, but i will see later
Having some decent success with Control / Bomb Warrior. If you cut the rush package and focus more on control it's pretty decent.
Omega Defender is nuts and you can get 3 or 4 in match with mech discovering abilities.
Unbowed. Unbent. Unbroken.
For this deck? Vital. Especially against other control decks. However, I am not claiming that this will be a top tier deck. I combo her pretty much only with omega agents, but you can also combine her with the heal cards.
Really, thats interesting I had more success with the tempo version, maybe it is reliant on what type of decks you are more comfortable with.

Deathratlle hunter is coming in a lot that will stick esp with Voljin for late game
Secret paladin is back and will be strong
Bomb warrior will become solid tier 3/2
Wall preist still works tier 2 i reckon.
Rogue the infinite toggwaggle is annoying worse than JAde can see that one being the "use the salt thread deck" on the forum
early days yet there's something evil lurking out there.....

13-2 at rank 6 With Kibler Tess rogue never thought that this day would come, also 5-1 against bomb warrior, deck seems pretty good and very fun

Rank 1-2, nothing but warriors and rogues. Nothing. Literally nothing
