This is likely just stemming from my absolute loathing of a specific class, but I've long felt that the Casual experience would be enhanced if you had the option to avoid playing specific classes while playing Casual (on say, a week cooldown.. you can remove the ban at any time, but you'd have to wait a week from banning a class before you could ban a different one).
If such an option existed, which class would you end up banning the most frequently?
probably warlock. popular class for aggro gameplay and also for more control style meta decks, I pretty much NEVER find a warlock who's playing something experimental.
Largely depends on which decks are popular. Right now I'm sick of odd paladins, but two years ago I would have banned warrior (because of pirate warriors).
When the druids with the "Spreading Plague" were everywhere...I would have banned them. They ramped up with massive card draw while adding 15 to 25 plus armor and then throw out taunted minions to slow you down while they pull the rest of their deck was soooo OP and annoying. I think I only beat them once.
You know I used to hate meta decks in casual, but then I gave it thought. If I want to experiment with something to potentially bring to ranked I WANT to run into those try hards. It helps train the way I play or show me if my deck is decent. Don’t be negative thinking casual is solely for off meta. It only means the games don’t contribute to ladder goals.

For me at least, its not so much "running into meta decks in Casual" its more "I absolutely hate the design philosophy and supposed 'class fantasy' of Class X, and regardless of the type of deck they play, chances are it'll piss me off". I only mentioned Casual specifically because I wouldn't agree with any type of class ban in Ranked.
Standard : hunter. I hate the hunter secrets mind game. Playing around the wrong secret for multiple turns, missing 20 easy damage, knowing it's your own fault ultimately.... Not to mention they are under costed cards by design, while mage and paladin secrets are not.
I think there are fun and unfun decks in every class. I would only ban a class because of a deck, not because of the class itself.
I have given up on Casual though, since over half the opponents I run into aren't just playing meta decks, but the most aggressive kind for fast gold farming.

Well, you're absolutely wrong here. My favorite class is warlock and I NEVER play some netdeck bullshit. I play slef made decks like Demon warlock and Renounce Darkness. Dear God...

there were so many druids out there, It is impossible that you only beat them once.

That's Incredible!

Hunter. The existence of Hunter in casual means you cannot play a greedy deck.

Rogues till they get rid of their damn weapons and 40+ 1 cost cards. Everyone else is cool, atm. Enjoy playing against every other class.
Wild : priest. Obvious reasons.

wild: priest because of barnes and resurrect
standard: warrior, because they just hero power and board clear for the whole game
I was in charge!! - Patches the Pirate
I can ban any class I want in casual. I just hit concede if I see hem and get a new matchup.
Priest.
Just ban anything that isn't Odd Paladin.

PRIEST, FUCK BIG PRIEST IN THE ARSE
Its not a class I would ban. Its few cards. Fungelmancer. Scavenging hyena. Sap. Vanish. Play dead. Terrorscale stalker. Gentle megasaur.
