ORRR you could be creative and say, for example, you're a priest and he drops a really big minion on his turn 7 and you have to delay him during your turn 7 to get your mind control out on turn 8?? You could also protect it with a taunt, and force him to use some desperate big removal spells which could quite easily play into your hands.
imo, I only see this working in a Paladin deck because of the possible pressure of his hero power and a majority of secrets/divine shield/redemption to keep him alive. Direct Damage rogue benefits pretty decently from it, a 4-6 minion deck. freeze-heavy mage isn't bad, but you need a bit extra to set it up, making it all the more disastrous if you fail. He's risky as a stall and very rarely in good in this aggro heavy meta. It's a lose-lose in most situations, you play him planning to clear the board, but are you really expecting a 0-7 to survive the board in a situation you would clear anyways? Then you are forcing yourself to not play minions either. Useful? Not without tanking more resources into the card itself That ends up killing itself anyways.
Silence, Hex, Polymorph, removal, burst, ruins it. I doubt a hunter would see deadly shot wasteful as a 1-1 while he slams your face in. You wasted a turn expecting board clear but now you completely lose board control or you stalled just enough to get the mana for a different board clear in a better scenario. If you follow this train of thought, why not just run something that forces transform, removal, minions to sac, or other useful things to get rid of? Abomination, so good for this as it actually has board presence.
Don't get me wrong, the card can be a miracle once in a blue moon and trade even other times, but that's it. Remember it's 7 damage you may not take, but you'll be staring at 15 damage next turn instead for the cost of a 1-1. If you're sinking cards into your suicide minion, that's horrible value to removal.
I got question if we will Divine Shield him we will survive?
No Doomsayer destroys all minions.
Divine shield mechanics just prevent the first source of damage, but does nothing versus "destroy cards".
If Doomsayer read "Deal fatal damage to all minions on the board" then Divine Shield would work. But right now I think priest can make the best use of him. I think I might have to add him to my own priest deck to counter some swarm decks.
I never realised but silence is very effecting against him making him completely useless and occupy unwanted space.
Not really his best use is in a Mage deck, then you can add the freeze cards as back up in case he fails. You can also add a return to deck card like Brewmaster to try him again.
The Priest class would utilize the change attack to match his health card, making him go from useless to a 7/7 all having spent a total of 4 so pretty good.
If gives you two options the change attack card can be used on several others effectively as well if you have not drawn the 0/7 yet.
Then of course other decks can buff him with several buff cards, again utilizing his powerful 7 defense. An example of the perfect buff would be the card that gives him charge, pretty sure there is one of those in one of the classes.
I think that Doomsayer is great against aggro decks as well. This is because it either stops 7 damage from hitting you in the face, and maybe even draw out some removal like a soulfire if you're playing against aggro warlock. Otherwise it wipes the opponent's board.
Rogue could also theoretically use him: Attack + Shadowstep+ Doomsayer + Conceal.
EDIT: And now that I think about it, he'd make a great combo with Vanish. Sure, he wouldn't kill anything, but he'd make Vanish into a legitimate tempo play. Currently a Rogue tends to suffer more than her opponent when she plays Vanish.
How would this fit a miracle rogue deck with a conceal?
Of all the rogue decks that use Conceal - Miracle Rogue seems like the one I'd be least interested in using Doomsayer with. He's a wasted card unless you have the full Leroy finishing combo already in hand.
Although I suppose he could be used to try and bait out a paladin's Equality combos, which might be useful if you've a second Conceal in hand.
Doomsayer is good in my deck its good for frost nova decks throw out doomsayer and unless they have a charge minion of 7 or more Frost Nova works for you then i get to throw out big drops such as Archmage Antonidas or even heavier cards depends on the point in the game
He's good in the Freeze Mage, since they can freeze the board and drop it. However, if you want to get value from this card and drop it on a board where it can get killed... it just bought you some health... but no tempo.

Not sure if hyped yet.

Mage control deck: Frost nova + Doomsayer
I like it, even though it's 2 cards, it's a board wipe for 4 mana.

Works well with Void Terror
What are your thoughts on Doomsayer + Shieldbearer or Mogu'shan Warden to slow down aggro decks?

I wonder if we'll see anyone try Doomsayer + Nerubian Egg once CoN comes out.
Unless explicitly stated, my posts are my opinion and mine only.
