Well, I'm F2P and I don't dust, like, anything (not even dupes - I'm weird, I know) so I'll play whatever falls my way. If I get lucky, I can try out a wild Mill Rogue or wild Silver Hand Knight deck, both of which I think might be even stronger now. Unlike past expansions, I don't have any deck I'm drooling over. Not that I don't like this expansion, I actually really am curious how it'll be (especially after Standard rotates), but nothing I'm dying to play.
Mostly, though, I might go back to arena for a while. I don't see any incredibly broken common/rare arena cards in here, so arena might actually be fun again. Used to be the only mode I played until it rotated to Standard only.
I don't think that this will be enough. Either you have to build a weapon rogue deck or a malygos otk deck. Both of them will probably punish you for beeing too greedy. But I could be wrong with that... If you build your deck mainly around weapon rogue and keep otk malygos as a backup it could maybe work out.
Guys, have no one mentioned Temporus priest yet?!? I'm dissapointed to say the least. I'm dedicating the first month of the expansion to make that deck work. It's gonna be great. It's gonna be HUGE. And! if anyone disagrees, I will simply build a wall around them.
But seriously tho, that deck has potential. Just play control priest with duskbreaker and the new 7 mana card and play Temporus when you have gathered all combo pieces.
Explain to me why this would not work, it just seems great.
Indeed, I think the people who scoffed at Temporus are going to be eating their hats.
If you can keep your health reasonably high and clear the board before starting the combo, it seems very unlikely to me that anything will be able to kill you in 2 turns.
It may not be tier 1, but a lot of people will be surprised at how often it actually works.
Tbh really forgot about Temporus. But building a wall isn't the right way to go imo. If you have a big ass wall you are already in a winning position. I'm more thinking about a genius 2 turn kill... But haven't figured out sth yet.
The wall he mentioned was a reference to the U.S. president, not a deck strategy.

What would you recommend instead? I think having just the Shinyfinders and Shadowblades could be enough to help thin the deck and find Malygos faster.

On the third day before Witchwood, Blizzard gave to me,
Spell Hunter! Because I do believe that it might be at least slightly viable and Rhok'delar might actually be pretty good. All the newly-introduced spells (except Crushing Walls) are pretty intriguing and Candleshot is simply amazing. The only big question is whether to run Yogg-Saron, Hope's End or not as it can be an additional win-condition, but he also makes Rhok'delar and To My Side! unplayable if not drawn. So I'm totally excited!

That's not exactly what I'm looking for, this deck focuses primarily on Malygos.
Edit: Removed Kingsbane, seems bad without weapon buffs and counter-intuitive to drawing Malygos quickly. Also removed 1x auctioneer, it's bad to topdeck him when you want the only minion in your hand to be Malygos for the illusionist, added 2x Sinister Strike for more fuel.

I think Infest is bad here because it's very rare to get value out of it with you mostly having few minions on board. Another Candleshot should be a good replacement for more anti-aggro

On the third day before Witchwood, Blizzard gave to me,
Ixlid Giant Druid and N'Zoth Warrior with the new 9 Mana 5/5 that can pull armor Smith, Direhorn Hatchling and I haven't really settled upon a 2-attack minion as there are many strong options. Probably gonna get BLOWN out by Jade and Razakus, look to see if someone builds a better control deck and then abandon the game once my fears of Prieststone being Druidstone 2.0 are realized. Hype!

Well my bad then. Yeah with Elven Minstrel autioneer falls away. Do you just focus on standard or is wild also an option?

I do play wild as well, but don't currently see much of a reason to convert the deck to wild.

The no-minion hunter. Seems fun.
Can you change the topic title to "which deck are you most excited to copy first?"

This is what I'm excited for. In no way competitive, but should be fun as hell!
