I had one game a while back where I played a Lorewalker Cho and my opponent's Mirror Entity copied it. I had several Coins in my hand thanks to Cutpurse, so I was able to fill most of my opponent's hand with Coins. (Each coin went into my opponent's hand twice because of the two Lorewalkers.) Within a couple of turns, they had 8 Coins and 2 non-coin cards. Neither of us could draw at the start of our turn.
With just one Lorewalker, you can't do much. But once you have multiple Lorewalkers out, people's hands quickly lock up and whoever is ahead on the field wins. It seems to me that with all the new cards to create duplicates there's potential for a Lorewalker control archetype.
What class do you think would be best for that deck to emerge in?
Hunter can use Stitched Tracker to get duplicates and might be able to play some secrets safely. But hunter probably doesn't have area-of-effect removal to survive long enough to play multiple Lorewalkers into a board state that you control.
Of course, the problem with all of these is that if you don't draw the Lorewalker, you're basically just playing a normal control deck with the handicap of having to set aside cards that can duplicate the Lorewalker....
The best I've come across so far is a mage variant that uses multiple Lorewalker Chos and multiple Demented Frostcallers to lock up the board and hands.

Any class can now create a copy of the Lorewalker with Prince Taldaram, Faceless Manipulator, or (with a bit of luck or no other minions in your deck) with Barnes.
Rogue can create copies with Shadowcaster. It offers many cheap spells that wouldn't kill the Lorewalker (Counterfeit Coin, Preparation, Shadowstep, and Deadly Poison...Conceal can even protect the Lorewalker).
Mage can create copies with Manic Soulcaster, Echo of Medivh, Molten Reflection, Duplicate, and Simulacrum. It has few cheap spells that could safely be played with the Lorewalker on the field. Perhaps Mirror Image and Shatter in conjunction with Demented Frostcaller?
Priest can create copies with Mirage Caller. If you have no other minions or a bit of luck, it can create copies with Shadow Essence. If Lorewalker is the only thing that has died, priest can create copies by playing multiple Resurrect or Onyx Bishops (although playing multiple Resurrects will enable your opponent to resurrect a minion too.). Priest also has a wide variety of cheap spells that should be safe to play with the Lorewalker in play (including Circle of Healing, Binding Heal, Flash Heal, Light of the Naru, Potion of Madness, Pint-Size Potion, Power Word: Shield, Power Word: Glory, and Divine Spirit). Perhaps a version that buff the Lorewalker's health and then finishes with Inner fire might work?

do you like lorewalker cho
What is a Signature?

Rouge could also do some trickery with Headcrack.
golden cho and warlock should be the real deal with all boardclears and whatnot to hold enemy back before you start to combo
coins yes, and you can toss him on enemy side as well and they'd have to spend mana tossing him back and you go back and forth
Start duping him and toss them around to fill both boards and hands.
Finish off with something stupid. Slow fun games
Edit: uhh how about howlfiend in the deck as well. Empty their resources and fill their hand with junk, burn them slooowly.
Question everything.
