First off, you're right, the more you play, the less and less you value dust; not in a bad way, but as the collection fills out, there really isn't anything else to do other than save it and you're getting a lot of dust from each pack.
Personally, I wouldn't craft a deck strictly on it being viable on ladder. I get a lot more satisfaction from crafting decks I really enjoy and playing them as they progress towards completion. Speaking of Ramp Druid, I have the cards for every popular iteration -- it is expensive, but it feels great to play it because it took so long to make (like a handful of months -- basically until I had income and bought a bunch of packs it was slow as hell).
Anyway, if you want to play Miracle or a certain Hunter deck then you may as well just craft it. I can't get behind Miracle; Hunter I enjoy playing more and more. But that is personal preference.
I think filling out your epic collection for the classes you really like is the best -- but then again I play Druid the most and the Druid epics are some of the most unique in the game.
And in terms of Naxxramas, waiting could be a good call. I've asked for crafting advice as well and a lot of members told me to wait until the metagame settles. Personally I'm too impatient and have been pulling tons of dust from packs so I've just been crafting whatever I want.
No mention of Sylvanas or Ragnaros. I have Ragnaros, but not having Sylvanas, Cairne or Thalnos is a little frstrating sometimes. Yes, there are alternatives to those cards, but they just aren't as good.
Honestly, though, I've only been playing a few weeks longer than you. And, I find that I lack a few Rares when building decks, but I'm really short on Epics. It may be more beneficial to hold crafting any Legendaries, and consider crafting Epics that you might need.

I have since crafted ragnaros and im so happy i did. such an awesome card.
I have pretty much all the epics i need for the decks i have [mid shaman, zoo, priest, miracle hunter]. I think im only missing an optional 2nd cabal priest and thats it.
Shaman: missing windlord
Zoo: good to go
Priest: 2nd cabal priest
Hunter: flare and deadly shot [cheap as hell]
When i look at what im missing for other decks i would need to use a legendary equivalent of dust just to finish miracle. more than that just for ramp. and pretty much all class specifics for mage and pally. Control warrior has way to many legendaries so f that for now.
When i look at cairne i could see him improving any of my half assed decks and some of my more complete decks. same goes for black night. Bloodmage im not sure about as i can replace the spell damage with a kobold but i lose the card draw.
Sylvanas would help my priest deck an ton but not my other decks so much unless i wanted to make a baron + reincarnate shaman deck.
----
When it comes down to it i hate crafting class specific epics as they don't help my other partially complete decks. Legendaries i can get down with as they can help alot of my decks.
sup guys,
[Edit]: I crafted rag and i have an idea where im gonna go from here. thanks for the input.

Generally speaking, I would focus on anything that can be used cross-deck. Bloodmage Thalnos, The Black Knight, Cairne Bloodhoof etc are all good choices, but for you maybe Bloodmage Thalnos is best.
